Subway — Restaurant in Branchburg Township

I came to this Subway today (Sunday) at 9:20 AM, even though the posted hours on Google Maps — and even the paper sign on the store door — clearly say the store opens at 8:00 AM. But when I arrived, the store was completely closed.

It’s really frustrating and unprofessional to list opening hours that you don’t follow. Customers rely on the timings shown online and at the store. I came one hour after the listed opening time and still found it closed.

I usually come to this location at 9pm once a week and have never had problems. Tonight I go to get food at 9:05 and the door was locked but I see the girl inside making sandwiches. I tapped on the glass and she comes to open the door only to tell me 9-10pm is pickup only in a very rude manner. This is not indicated online or on the store glass. She would not let me enter to order a sandwich but said I could order online for pickup. I don’t think she wanted to work, horrible attitude and extremely rude…I’ll be taking my...

Came here on Wednesday 1/31/2018 at 12:45pm. Black guy working the counter was a total idiot... They had a footlong special for $5 and he just couldn't figure out how to get the register to ring it up. He just raised his hands saying that's what the computer is calculating - UNACCEPTABLE! Then when I asked him to make it a meal and add the $2.60 pricing he didn't know how to do that either. He rang up everything a la carte and I got charged extra. I hope management reads this and trains him properly or...
