Arby's — Restaurant in Brandon Township

Came through around 9 PM and ordered a French dip, medium fries, roast beef, 4pcs mozzarella sticks and a nugget happy meal. The food was okay, the employee forgot our apple sauce and marinara sauce for the mozzarella sticks. I had to go back in to retrieve those items. WARNING, they typically forget a part of the kids meal at this location. The French dip I ate made me 🤢, Im talking diarrhea & I have vomited once. When I came back into the restaurant, to retrieve missing items, I observed poor food safety practices from all employees, There was no hand washing and frequent cross contamination, such as employees handling money then the food or employees touching dirty brooms and mops and then handling food without washing their hands. I ordered online and dined in the restaurant. When I asked the manager if he would cook my food fresh when he received the order, he threw both his hands up and said “there’s no customers in the building. Do you see any customers in the building so it’s obviously gonna be cooked fresh.” When I asked another employee for horsey sauce, they gave me a frustrated attitude, and I explained that the sauce on the condiment bar came out hard and crusted over and orange, and they shrugged it off and and walked off. The older Manager is rude every single time anyone goes there. He treats people like garbage. The last time I went in he was visibly aggravated. By far the worst experience I’ve ever had at an Arby’s. We were in town for a baseball tournament and were hungry between games. I ran to pick up food and bring back to the ball diamonds. Ordered two chicken sandwich meals and a slider. Got my drinks and a bag, the lady said thanks and shut the window. I failed to check the bag, because I figured 3 sandwiches should be too difficult. Well got all the way back to the diamonds and no chicken sandwiches. I called and they asked if I could come back, I didn’t have time to drive back before the game and asked if they would just refund to my card.
