Was a LOT better years ago. As one of the reviews said themselves, the quality of the food has gone down the toilet and the prices have gone up.
There's not really much variety when it comes to the food. Everytime I have ate here, I have walked out with an upset stomach. I would totally give this place a chance again, but it seems like everytime I go here, the quality tends to get somehow worse and the people working don't really seem to give much care about their job.
Hardly any eye contact or conversationing when trying to talk to them. If feels like a burden to ask how their day is going when all they say with a straight face is, good. Alright I will just remain quiet then.
ALLERGIES If you have allergies, good luck bro. They don't really have a menu for things like that and I had to take a swing on some of the food. Eventually found out they have an online menu but it didn't really do a good job either of explaining.
Some of the food at times tastes super dry and plain and bitter. I get its a pizza ranch but like how does the quality of the food somehow get worse everytime?
The place is kinda baren and just feels like a lost relic in time.
I mean sure, there's a small halfcourt baskeball hoop but its SUPER echoey in there. The arcade itself as well is on the expensive side for anyone with kids. It just generally feels like walking into the 2000's again.
Hopefully the place can pick itself back up. Would 100% say its better in terms of service though, that got a...
Read moreOur recent visit to Pizza Ranch was nothing short of excellent! As a parent of five kids, it can be tough to find a place that checks all the boxes—good food, family-friendly prices, and great service—but Pizza Ranch delivered on all fronts.
The buffet was outstanding, offering a wide variety of hot, fresh, and delicious options that kept the whole family happy. From crispy chicken to cheesy pizzas, everything was well-stocked and constantly replenished. But the real showstopper? The dessert pizzas. They were absolutely amazing—warm, sweet, and the perfect way to finish off a hearty meal.
One of the highlights for us was the “Kids Eat Free” promotion on Tuesdays. It made dining out affordable for our large crew, and that kind of value is hard to find these days. On top of that, the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, even going out of their way to fulfill special requests with a smile.
As a family who values faith, we also appreciated the Corinthians 10:31 verse on the wall. It’s always refreshing to see a business that isn’t afraid to reflect its values. Pizza Ranch truly feels like a God-fearing, welcoming establishment where families can gather, enjoy great food, and feel at home.
We’ll definitely be back again. Highly...
Read morePlaced order for delivery. Asked if they delivered to address to make sure and was told yes just needs to be a $30 min. Placed a 80 dollar pizza order for delivery, was told 45-50 min. Fast forward 1hr 30 min, I was giving them extra time. I called to check on pizza and was placed on a 5 min hold. We'll that's not a good sign. Was told we no longer deliver to your address and had you down for pickup. We will send a driver with your pizzas now but just for future we no longer deliver to Garretson. I had to request to speak to a manager after I asked the gal on phone are you sending driver with the pizza that has been sitting there for about an hour now, and she replied with yes. The manager was pleasant and let me address my concern. The pizzas arrived 30 min after I had called. I do think that a couple of our pizzas were the ones sitting there for over an hour. If not then they have terrible pizza. Was given a couple coupons for free pizzas but honestly probably...
