Messed up on our order two times in the same visit. Had to get back in line for them to help which took an extra 10 minutes, by the time they corrected our order, the dippers were ice cold. One of our subs only had five meatballs on a foot-long. Our chicken dippers were ice cold (cheese wasn’t melted and chicken was frozen). By the time they made the correction with heating the dippers thoroughly, we only had eight minutes to eat our food before they closed which the employee told us. When my husband got there, they told him it was unpaid so he paid and they gave him someone else’s stuff (he didn’t know). He returned and explained what happened so they remade the order, refunded him for paying for someone else’s order, then they forgot to put lettuce in the salad 🤔 and only put some spinach and chicken. And as he checked again, they messed up on the 2nd sandwich again completely (wrong size, wrong sandwich.) I called and talked to a female worker who was extremely nice and apologetic and she explained her manager would call to make it right. Everyone has an opinion, but if you want to know the local scoop in Brandon, this is the place to over hear it all. Of course there subs are great, the workers really know how to keep long lines moving quickly, which is amazing and make great subs all at same time without sacrificing customer care or quality.
