I recently revised my review from 1 star to 5 stars after witnessing a remarkable transformation at this establishment. The introduction of a new General Manager and a fresh crew has revitalized the entire dining experience. The GM, with her background as a former manager, brings a high level of professionalism and dedication. Her commitment to excellent customer service and effective staff training is evident and highly commendable.
During my last visit four months ago, I unfortunately had a severe stomach ache from the meal, which led me to take a break from this place. However, upon returning recently, I was thoroughly impressed. The quality of the food has improved significantly, indicating a renewed focus on culinary excellence. The atmosphere has become much more welcoming and pleasant, enhancing the overall dining experience.
While the service has seen vast improvements, it's worth noting that some crew members seem reserved, likely cautious due to past negative interactions with customers. Despite this, I respect their professionalism and understand that maintaining enthusiasm can be challenging in the service industry.
Additionally, the drive-through service has improved dramatically. The team now exudes a friendly and efficient demeanor, a stark contrast to the previous staff who were less accommodating. It's clear that the new management has made significant efforts to elevate the standard of customer interaction, ensuring that respect and courtesy are prioritized.

Read moreI was told by all my friends to go and try the new DQ store because of all the hype towards it, when I got there the drive through was shut off (lights still on though?) with a worker sitting out back, I asked him if they would make me a Oreo blizzard and he said yes, I get to the window and nobody has helped me for a solid 10 minutes, (1 of the bigger managers, saw me a shook his head and walked away) finally the drive through window was unlocked and they denied me service 10 minutes before closing! (She had glasses, colored hair, interesting piercings), I pointed out that a employee was making a blizzard in the background and said that was the exact same type of blizzard I wanted, I eventually left empty handed, A couple days later we send my brother to go get ice cream for me and my mom because we know he won’t get denied service because he’s been in there a couple times, he comes back with partially melted ice cream (we 3 blocks away) and I’ve never been more dissatisfied to eat ice cream and to end it all I got food poisoning from the blizzard which was not how I wanted to end my only day off, It saddens me to see that a brand new DQ in Brandon is being ran the exact same as...
Read moreEver since this location has been opened, there have been nothing but issues. The employees have not been helpful or had good customer service ever. Tonight we walked in and they had multiple excuses as to why they couldn't take our orders. First it was because the person at the till wasn't on the clock, then it was the system rebooted and we needed to wait a few minutes. Then a minute or two later they said they couldn't take our order at all. While this was all happening, every employee was wandering around in the back, ignoring drive thru customers and the others in the dining room. Also, many of the employees are eating. When we asked for the managers info, they refused to relay the info to us. Claimed they were not allowed to give us the managers contact information. It's really unfortunate since Brandon doesn't have many options for food, and we were all super excited to have a DQ again, but it has been an AWFUL experience since they opened up not even a whole YEAR ago.
