Burger King — Restaurant in Brandon

Crossgate on 03/01/19 So we just came back from the Brandon Parade when myself and my husband decided to get a Burger King. So we order 2 whopper meal and 2 extras order of chicken nuggets. We have been left to wait for over 10 mins before someone could get our order ( drive through) bare in mind there was only 1 car in front of us. After my husband ( American from birth) placed our orde, including our chicken nuggets, we were asked to pay around $15. We paid and waited for our order. When we got our order the chicken nuggets were missing. So as Craig Oller parked I jumped out the car and went inside to get our chicken nuggets. Nobody was there except the 2 “ LADY” At the front taking order. So I have DARE to asked for 2 servings of chicken nuggets. They looked at each other like if I was coming from another planet.... I said to myself be calm they may didn’t understand your accent....one of the 2 ladies turned around asking me ( in a very surprised way, like YOU EVER BEEN TO BURGER KING KING BEFORE kinda of look) what kind of chicken nuggets YOU WANT. Without loosing my temper I have smiled and asked what do you offer? The lady smiled at me like if I was a kinda of a freak saying SOICY OR REGULAR. I said UHHH MAY I PLZ HAVE 1 OF EACH. They lady turned around talking to her coworkers. I pretty much understood they were talking about me as the other LADY was turning around looking at me and laughing . At this point I felt so embarrassed that I wanted to leave ASAP. I never felt so humiliated like tonight!!! I’ve been working in hospitality before and I never ever treated ppl in a different way because of their physical aspect, religion, skin color and so one. Yet ppl ask me why as foreigner I like Mr Trump.

Smfh!!!! I FEEL LIKE I DONT WANT TOVGET OUT THE HOUSE...

I did not enjoy what I thought would be a quick and enjoyable stop this evening at my local Burger King in Brandon, MS. What I don't understand is the poor customer service upon ordering, paying, and receiving my food. I ordered an A1 Ultimate Bacon Burger combo, my Chicken Fries, and paid failing to receive the receipt. I drove home. In the bag was a small cheese burger with a half a piece of bacon inside, and 9piece CK Fries; I felt as if the woman served me the wrong items to make her night a little easier in the kitchen based on her attitude and poor customer service. I was quite upset/angry as I driving back up to BK. I spoke with another lady (a manager) Told her what happened and she printed out a receipt for me saying I paid for what she rang up, and I owe them $6 if I wanted the A1 Ultimate Bacon Burger combo and handed me $1.50 for the cheese burger, forgot to make my fries, again, and expected me to leave empty handed for a second time. (The manager and I went back-and-fourth 3-4 times before she agreed to serve me the food that I ordered in the beginning). No apology, just another lady at BK with a bad attitude....

Went here on lunch a couple days ago. The service was relatively quick and the people at the window were nice enough. That's about the end of the positive comments though. I ordered one of the new mushroom swiss melts. I had had one the weekend before at the burger king close to my house. It was delicious. The sourdough was toasted well, the cheese was melted the patties were smoky and hot. The one I ordered from here was literally the exact opposite. The bread was literally white. It had not seen any source of heat. the patties were cold and so obviously the cheese was not melted. There were hardly any mushrooms although 3 out of the 6 that were on there were on the outside of the wrapper and fell in my car when I peeled back the first flap of the wrapper.. but I'll tell you what.. they didn't skimp on the sauce... that burger may have been warm before they put the sauce on it.. There was enough sauce on my burger for at least 5 or 6 burgers. The fries were cold and unseasoned.. overall a really sad experience.. there are far better options in the area.. don't waste...
