Mazzio’s Pizza & Wings — Restaurant in Brandon

Will not be back after my visit today. I eat there at least 2 -3 times a week for the salad bar. Everyone is always nice, but that one waitress that wipes down the bar while she's glued to your hip needs to be fired. My husband spilled a few drops of dressing on the bar, she rolled her eyes with an attitude. Ask her what's the problem and opologized, we both did, her response was no do you have a problem. I stayed calm and ask to speak to a manager, he was as bad as she was. I ask to speak to him privalty first of all but he preceded to go to the bar with her attached to his hip. I explained what happen and he says what did I think he could do about it! Wow! He was a joke. Needless to say a family that was dining in got up and left, told my husband outside that somebody needed to say something cause she's that way all the time. That I was correct about what I done cause they saw the whole thing. So Mazios you lost a good customer. The most disgusting restaurant in Brandon, MS. Trust me when I say that if you go look at the bathroom, you will never want to go back. When you kick the dirty toilet paper out of the way and make a trail, you can walk to the toilet and see the dried feces splattered all inside. I really wish I could post the pictures I took. The sink is covered in spilled soap and HAIR... I will never eat at that place again. Im sure that bathroom is a direct reflection of that kitchen. and the service.... Oh, the service. The woman whom I assume is one of the managers has rang me up a few times, in the evening, and she acts like I'm violating her when I walk up to the counter. She did not help me tonight, thank God, and the dark haired younger girl that did help me is honestly the most pleasant encounter I've ever had with an employee there. She was extremely sweet.... I wish I would have gotten her name. Go look at the floors, drink prep area, the BATHROOM And you will say the same thing I did... How has the health department not shut this place...

Went in to eat today with friends/customers (who had a coupon) for Christmas Eve and realized that not only did my x’s brother still work there (who I said hi to and he ignored me) but my son was in there with his stepmom. The food was not fresh-yuck but I wasn’t there for the food I was there for fellowship with two people for the holidays. Anyway-I went to say hi to my son and tell him I love him and merry Christmas Eve and then I went and sat down. My son then finally was about to leave (13 yrs old) and turned to yell “bye mom love you happy Christmas Eve” and before I could say anything his uncle Ryan runs from the kitchen to the front door and pushes him out telling him to just go and not talk to me. I attempted to ask to speak to the manager Kelly or Joey who my father knew and no one called me. That is totally sick and unacceptable. That is my son and it is Christmas.
