I have visited the Crossgate Subway very rude, laughed and went to the one on government Street. The sandwich was made by the manager that was good however, I have been back two times to the one on Government St.However I was charged more than I was the first time for that sandwich. I visited on 2/13/25 and ordered cheesy garlic steak. Told the girls specifically what I wanted repeated it back to me. I repeated back to her exactly what came on it and she said yes I said the drive-through while she and the other person inside made the people sandwiches when I said at the window, I got mine came home fit into my sandwich and it was like eating dry bread. There was hardly any onion, any spinach a cheese anything I called back and she took my name and number she was gonna call the manager. She didn’t know if she was at the other store, but she was probably home. She would just give her money. Here is the next day I have yet to hear from anyone this is my last time to visit the government Street or the Crossgate location.. The people that they have working over there, and at Crossgate are very rude, rude, the one at Crossgate through his hand up to me and said we’ll go . The manager was supposed to address that, but if she has not contacted me yet, I assume she is not going to address after I paid for what I paid for and got a very dry sandwich. I have the paper where it showed what I order. I have a picture of the sandwich as well and I told this young girl that when I called back and left my name and number. You will find my order ticket. You will find a photo of my sandwich. You’ll find two receipts one from the seventh one from the 13th both for the same sandwich both with the same thing, but they didn’t come as the...
Read moreI visit this subway often(3+times a month), the service has varied each time. Today was possibly the worst visit. I walked in an told the lady I wanted two footlongs, one a chicken bacon ranch and I said MAYBE a meatball marinara. I told her to give me a moment to check with my grandmother about that sandwich. She then starting making the meatball marinara sub before I had a chance to ask. I had to correct the girl several times during my order as she kept picking up the wrong items for the sandwiches. Honestly, I hope she was new and just confused. The second lady to help seemed to know what she was doing and got my order correct although during my order they both were making faces and seemed to have an attitude. After my first sandwich was made the first girl then demanded my payment before I was finished with the other sandwich. This led to me not getting any RANCH on a chicken bacon ranch sub. I noticed that it wasn't put on so I asked for ranch and mustard packets so I could do it myself. That also seemed to be a problem, although I did receive mustard packets I was told I could not have a ranch packet as they were for the salads. When I got home my grandmother complained that her sandwich was messy and there were large uncut pieces of onion on the sub. I'll definitely be driving the extra few miles to the other subway here Brandon...
Read moreThis is perhaps the most poorly managed Subway restaurant in the world. The workers behind the counter say nothing unless inititated. You can't really say they are rude - just practically mute and never warm or conversational. They just stand there until you initiate a request. They almost seem animatronic. They never thank you for the order – just dump the receipt in your hand and walk away without eye contact - like they hate their jobs or are being held hostage. The 'fresh' sandwich ingredients are not fresh at all. They are generally wilted and flavorless and a little stale – like they’ve been sitting there a few days. The turkey breast always seems a little funky and old. One really strange thing ... they always charge 'extra' for cheese on a pizza. Doesn't a normal pizza come with cheese? How is that 'extra'. I stopped going there after today and just had to share these observations. I recently learned that this place - along with the other Brandon Subway in Crossgates - is owned and managed by a 'first-generation' American. Would be great if the Subway Corporation would get a better franchise...
