The worst experience I've ever had at a drive thru. Person in front of me at the drive thru waited a long time. When I got up to the window I found out why. It took the cashier a long time to greet me at the drive thru, didn't acknowledge they received my order after I said, "hello?" they finally mumbled asking if there was anything else. When I repeated my whole order back they said they got that and with an attitude added "that's why I asked if you wanted anything else." I pulled up to the window, tried to be friendly and was not given the same in return.
Waited 5 min to get food after paying, no mask over her nose and the lady sounded sick. Other person in the kitchen also didn't have mask over their nose. At the window she didn't say hi, took my money, made me wait, and LEFT the window to go talk to coworker. She came back laughing, handed me my bag and didn't say anything else. The whole terrible interaction made me question if something had been done to my food because they got mad when I was trying to make sure they got everything after not even acknowledging they heard me. NO sense of urgency, and if you can't be polite, you shouldn't be working the window. Go do something that makes you happy.

Read moreThe bathroom is so bad it's really nasty, then I was told I had to order off the screen that's located there in the lobby when coming in the door after I wasted 5 minutes trying to get my order right on it I told them I was just going to go somewhere else. They said ok so then I decided to just go through the drive through and made my order then parked and came back in and ate and got a hate stare the whole time. I really like taco bell but if this is the way there going to start being I will not be eating taco bell anymore at least not at this location. The food was average but the service is terrible and then to make me order on the comper thing they have that I could not figure out in the first place it's ridiculous. I would be ashamed if I owned this establishment. I am a business owner and I make it a point to check in on my employees from time to time without there knowing so they don't just try to do good service when I'm there it has to be good service when I am not present. I don’t know what I was thinking when pulling into Taco Bell the drive through was long but I figured maybe someone decided to get a long drawn out order or was just waiting on it. So I went in and gave my order only to find out there was only 4 workers. 2 making tacos, 1 at the window, and a manager taking peoples orders. I don’t necessarily blame the workers that it was taking so long or that the floor was completely covered in food and paper where they were making tacos. Or the simple fact of them having tables that were uncleaned. But, I blame management there should have been more workers. It took me 22 minutes to get my order of 5 tacos.
