So walk in looks like a frat house came to town! The place was trashed! Roy doesn’t really care if you order or not he says you can go to another one! I was in shock total shock with how trashed this place was! I said I have been trying to call for 2 days! He said well we were busy last night- I said oh okay. He hollers at Laney can you check the phone? She picks it up and totally shows me it has been OFF THE HOOK!!! Nasty plates, food, trash, everywhere! Why did I get my food? The only sweet person ACTUALLY WORKING the poor cook who has to work with the sorry two said ma’am I will get your order right. Roy, with no teeth and Laney with her girlfriend in the restaurant wanted to all of a sudden act like they were doing something, maybe because they thought I was a shopper! Well I should have been! I made sure to pay for my food ahead of time! DIDNT EVEN GET THE ORDER RIGHT! My God hire people who want jobs and make your business! This is a total embarrassment and I will be sure to make it known how we were treated! As I was walking out Roy says you have a good night ma’am in such a sarcastic tone because l told him I would be waiting on my car- at this point there was no where in the whole place you could have sat because it was so NASTY AND TRASHED!!!! The poor kid working to make the food was alone!!! They never helped him! Laney was happy with her girlfriend, and even high fives along with Roy when I walked out behind my back- my car rider was with me! She was appalled! We are throwing out our steak and eggs and 33 Bucks that’s wasn’t even right! I guess Waffle House doesn’t care about people, food, morals, or values! The last time we visited a meth head was cooking puked in the parking lot, never washed his hands, and came to cook. I refused! The sweet manger they had apologized and made our food! Sometimes some people don’t need second chances, and neither does this place!!! ROY AND LANEY! Wow...
Read moreI visited this location this past Sunday around 11:30 to get one single waffle for my little boy and that’s it. TO GO! First, no one would answer the phone for the 30 minutes leading up to me driving there. Then, I walked in and got in the line that had started. There were empty tables but no one cared enough to help the people in line who were trying to place to go orders. I watched as they directed multiple people around our line to let them cash out to only quickly leave the register. I waited for 40 minutes while at least 6 people went around me in line (some of them without being asked almost like I wasn’t even standing there but I can’t fault you for their poor upbringing). Finally, I got to the register and ordered my one waffle to go to then be told to step back so someone else could pay. I asked if I could please go ahead and pay for mine and was told she would have to “add that up”. ONE. WAFFLE. I stepped back, the other person paid, I was called up again to be told they were out of waffles. 40 minutes and all the patience I had for the day was wasted on someone too lazy to mix waffle batter. I left without incident and drove to the hwy 18 location where I was met with VERY pleasant employees who were very prompt in helping me. They were actually far busier than the downtown Brandon location but did not let their customer service lack in any way. My opinion is that you should skip this location all together and travel a few miles to another location. Don’t...
Read moreFrom the moment I walked into the Waffle House in Brandon, MS, I was greeted with kindness and warmth. Miss Sandy welcomed us in like family, allowing us to enjoy the cool air and charge up for the road ahead. Her simple act of kindness meant more than words can say.
But the real gem is the 3rd shift crew—Miss Vicky, David, and the whole team. They were not only welcoming but made the entire atmosphere feel like home. They worked together like a well-oiled machine, with a spirit of unity that you don’t see every day.
After resting for the night, we returned in the morning and were once again greeted with the same joy and kindness. Waffle House, you are truly blessed to have such wonderful people on your team.
If you’re ever passing through Brandon, this Waffle House is a must-stop. The people here are not just employees—they are a family, and for a moment, they made me feel like part of it.
Thank you all. God...
