Crossgates jewelers had the most beautiful and courteous staff I have ever been to in a jewelry store. I read great reviews about them and smarter that with them. They sent my timepiece off and a few weeks later which was yesterday I was notified it was ready. On arrival the last that checked me was in love with my orange band Invicta watch 😉 she was such a gem saying how much she admired the watch, she put it on her wrist, she spoke how she loved the face and how gorgeous it was all over and then explained and showed me her Invicta watch. Would not go here to get a ring resized. My husband dropped my ring off to be fixed and resized so far the setting looks good but the women did not listen to the size the ring was supposed to be resized to, needless to say it had to be brought back and then resized multiple times and still is not the size that was requested and sized for. I wound up purchasing a ring for myself and its beautiful. I have looked for this particular style and finally found it. I would not consider going elsewhere.
