Everyone raves about the big brand coffee shops, Those people have not have good coffee. Mocha Mugs has THE BEST COFFEE in this WHOLE state, maybe even the whole country. The second you take a sip your tastebuds are just flooded with deliciousness and bursts of happiness. Mocha Mugs has the best coffee beans and coffee no matter how you like it (Iced, Frappee, Hot etc ) Its in the name: "World Class Infusions" THAT IS STRAIGHT TRUTH!!! THE BEST COFFEE EVER, LITERALLY!! If you have never been, TRY IT, your wallet and taste buds will thank you. They do it like no other and i dont know what magic theyre doing in these huts but you cant get coffee like mocha mugs anywhere. Best. Coffee. On. The. Planet! And if its your first time going get a punch card and your 10th drink will be free. I always ensure to tip well as theyre cooking up magical, and delicious coffee in this place! They have more than coffee aswell, like house made energy drinks and simple breakfast foods for on the gom eveything about this place is above 5 stars. Ive had it from multiple locations, both in brandon and the one in flowood, its gold...actually, DIAMONDS everythime! 10/5 stars if I could, im not overexageratting neither. Try it...

The coffee is usually great but the customer service is awful! I stopped visiting 2 years ago bc of customer service. I just started back visiting the Crossgates location a week ago. Today I ordered a French Toast Latte and asked for it to be extra hot. I got my order, as I was pulling off I tried it & not only wasn't it hot but it literally tasted like cinnamon in some warm water. I pulled back to the window to get a remake and I was informed that I would have to pay for another one! I proceed to hand them the old drink back and they tell me I need to contact the manager if I wanted my drink remade. I've had issues in the past so I had the owners number saved and reached out while I sat at the window. I informed the owner about what I'd experienced and she called the store to tell them to remake my drink. Although I appreciate the owner's willingness to fix the issue, it shouldn't have been an issue in the 1st place. I've never experienced a business not wanting to fix something that was their issue! I'm all about supporting locally owned businesses but I seriously doubt I return. It seems as if the manager and owner are not on the same page when it comes to...

Best Coffee in townbut they will not get another dime from us! My wife or I go every day and sometimes twice! When we drive up they know what we want! Pulled in today and cars were everywhere. Had appts to get to within the hour so I called and told them I was 4th car on right side and asked could I give order to speed up process! Girl went into all the reasons it wasn’t fair to serve me and they wouldn’t do it! I wasn’t asking to cut in front just to have it ready when I pulled up! I told her I was going elsewhere. She was rude and said do what you have to! So I went elsewhere! I forbid my wife from spending another dollar there! They don’t want our near $5000.00 dollar a year...
