If I could give no stars I would. We stopped here on our drive from Dallas. We ordered about 32.00 worth of food and drinks. Our order was missing the Baconator fries and one of the burgers was wrong. We never left the restaurant as we checked the order right in front at the table. I told the cashier about the missing fries and she called me a liar in front of the customers. I told her that we had not left the restaurant and that I could bring the food over and show her. I also tried to explain to her that I would not purchase 32.00 worth of food and fake a two dollar item. Deizslyn preceded to leave the register where she had been taking and exchanging money and head over to the table where my family was and began going through the bags. I told her she is not supposed to go through the bags because she had just been handling money at the register. That was unsanitary. She put the sandwhich back in the bag and she rolled her eyes at me but went back behind the register, where she told the cook to make another one because I said" I didn't get the one they had put in my bag." My family and I sat there another ten minutes, because of my husband's patience. I watched another baconator fry get made for me and the cashier working the drive through demanded it for his order. As the young man who was holding the fries tried to explain it was for me and we had been waiting, the cashier at the window took it from him. The boy was then told to make another one, and was reprimanded by the cook for not giving me my order. It clearly wasn't the young man's fault. Meanwhile the female cashier, who had went through my family's bags, took several other orders, some paid with cash. She then would turn around and bag the fries for the order without washing her hands or putting on gloves. I was appalled at the whole experience. A manager never came and offered anything for our inconvenience, not even an apology and my husband didn't want to deal with the conflict. There was one young lady who showed some decency and she thanked me for waiting patiently. I called to have my money reimbursed because our food was cold before we finally got to the car. I ended up disputing this charge because they never reimbursed me for the order. This place was awful. It was 6:30 on a Saturday evening. The young man taking the orders was not only slow with getting to each of us in line and slow taking our orders, he did not appear to want to be there at all. Working in food service is a tough job, I totally get it...but you still have to plaster a smile on your face and fake being happy if you must. There were a couple of employees that were just milling around aimlessly, that is honestly the only adjective that comes to mind for visual references. Then, I'm assuming there was a shift change because there were a few new faces and one young woman kept checking our bags and looking around for the "missing pieces" before we were able to get our orders and leave. She apologized profusely and seemed genuinely concerned that all of us (not just my family) had been waiting for so long. Had I not already paid, we would have just gone somewhere else to eat. When we finally got our food our orders were wrong. I understand on a busy day mistakes are made that's part of the restaurant business but we took our order back to get it fixed and they messed it up worse than it was before. So it had to get sent back a second time! We get to the table and I open up my box for my sandwich and there is mayo inside the box... I didn't order mayo. why was there mayo in the box?!
