Dunkin' — Restaurant in Branford

Very unorganized..as well as dirty… the donuts have flys or fruit flies… employees don’t change their gloves( cross contamination). As well as They employes will not have any decaf and will give you regular coffee and not tell you! I had to tell customers it’s a safety risky because I was new in this place of work everyone treated me incorrectly and were working under conditions that shouldn’t be fed to the public. I had to walk out… this worse plane to work for and eat out of, I told the customer sorry so much !!! Working there was disgusting and very uncomfortable to serve to public with such a low rating heath. Do me a favor stay away from the donuts they refuse to clean.

Like the place is floating with Covid and Monkey pox. I never work for dirty dunkin like this one.

This dunkin used to be great but the workers in the morning are very careless. I don’t usually make reviews but I can’t stand this dunkin. They are very rude and when you remind them of the what you ordered they give you attitude. I come here every morning before work for the past year and a week has never went by where they haven’t messed up my order at least three times. Today is my last straw. Unorganized and not quick service. I cannot come many times I put a mobile order in and I show up and they’re not busy but my mobile order is not ready. Half the time all I’m ordering is coffee which I don’t think it takes five minutes. Inside is dirty I never feel clean in there, they frequently forget parts of my order as well.
