Good sized space however the people here are completely unprofessional. We booked a baby shower for a Sunday and was told we would meet with someone the day of. However, trying to get in touch with them the Saturday before to set up a time was impossible. Then on the day of the shower we were trying to get in touch with someone first thing in the morning to gain entry and again no response. The mom-to-be had to physically drive to the location only to find out that the doors had been left open. This set us back about 2.5 hours leaving us almost no time to set up decorations. The place had not been swept or cleaned at all, you could smell the mustiness as soon as you walked in. The kitchen was disgusting and the refrigerator was absolutely filthy. Of course we had no choice but to use it so that food would not get spoiled. This shower happened on a Sunday and it is now Tuesday and no one has ever reached back out to the baby shower host. the lack of professionalism of your staff that was at the facility today was very distasteful! The children were being children playing in the dirt pit, yes they did put some dirt on the porch. There was nothing damaged or ruined and they were 9 year old girls Jeff yelled at and I asked him not too and he continued yelling at them and myself , my daughter was shaking and crying and so upset , But for him to use profanity at them and to tell them to lick it up was not only disrespectful but very insulting. He should have asked to speak with an adult to address the issue. Not to speak with children in such a way. As a repeated customer to this facility I am very disappointed and displeased with his behavior. This hall has a lot to offer. They have a stage, bar, clean restrooms, a kitchen, bocce ball courts, outdoor sitting area, and they set up the tables for u.The only downside was that the sinks in the bar were absolutely disgusting...
