Usually I get drive-thru and never had a mistake! Must have come late today, wanted the $2 2pm-6pm drink offer and was puzzled why my total was over $5 for a $2 coffee and a couple donuts. When I tried to resolve the issue I ended up deciding to just go home without my drink OR donuts. If you want the deal say "$2 latte" saying $2 coffee may lead them to believe you want a latte and a coffee? Tried to clarify I only wanted one $2 drink no matter what it's called. Like 4 times but my total was still over $5 so she obviously had both a latte and a coffee on the ticket. Some of us are tired and need coffee and don't care what its called. Latte contains coffee!! I had a long day and couldn't bear to continue clarifying so I decided to go to the gas station instead. Management must really work with the differences between coffee and latte so I'm sure it's really important with the deal and all, the employee was kind and I must have just confused her with my choice of words....
Read moreI ordered a toasted bagel with veggie cream cheese this morning and received it barely if at all toasted. What bothered me was there wasn't even a quarter of cream cheese on my bagel! There was no cream cheese on the entire bagel except a thin layer on less than a quarter of the bagel! It was so ridiculous that it was almost comical except that it now happened 2 days in a row and that I paid for it! The same thing happened when I went there the day before but I thought it was only a one time incident and mistakes happen so I decided to give them another chance. I basically paid $2.54 for a Sesame bagel 2 days in a row plus tip which is outrageous! Never again!
