Donnie's Diner — Restaurant in Branson West

I would like to bring to your attention the service I received during my recent visit to your establishment. From the moment I arrived until I left, the waitress assigned to our table demonstrated a lack of professionalism. After our food was served, she did not check in to see if everything was satisfactory or if we needed refills. Additionally, I observed that she did not engage with any of the other tables she was serving.

That said, our food was amazing, and I want to give credit to the cooks for their excellent work.

When I spoke with another waitress, I was informed that the restaurant was understaffed. However, I noticed another waitress actively attending to her tables—checking in with customers and offering assistance. If staffing is a challenge, I would expect management to take a more hands-on approach by supporting the team on the floor to ensure guests receive...

Love finding locally owned businesses. Donnie's Diner is my must recent find thanks to one of my customers. My waitress was Rachel. Service was exceptional. Although she was waitress, if someone else noticed my drink was empty it was filled quickly. Which is never an easy feet. When my order was ready, my waitress was busy with a large table and my food was brought out by someone immediately. I often eat alone while at work and I enjoy when people carry on a short conversation with me. Food is very reasonable and portions are adequate. I ordered a patty melt on rye, perfectly toasted, added mushrooms to go with my onions on my patty melt. I will make sure that I visit as often as I can. Extremely comfortable place. Worst experience ever and didn't even get to try the food. Waitress was very inattentive and basically forgot we were even there. Took our drink order but never brought it out. She( Latino woman) then proceeded to wait on others and never came to our table again. After waiting 15 mins with no service at all still waiting for coffee and water we decided to leave without eating. I asked to speak to the manager to let them know of our poor service and was told they were to busy to speak to me. So I left hungry angry and very disappointed in the entire experience.
