The second star is simply because the drive through workers are always incredibly sweet and obviously trying to keep the customer happy after 20min + waits for their food.
This location has always been slow but since the remodel in The spring of 2016 they have been worse. Once at about 9:30 am on the way to work my sister and I ordered two drinks and had to sit at the window for 10 minutes before someone took my money and then started making her drink (a special frozen drink) mine was a soda.
Another time last week I went thirty minutes before close. Yes it was nearing close but I have worked in fast food you serve your customers until that clock strikes closing time and it was thirty minutes till. However when I ordered my food for my boyfriend and I I was told they could only make three of our tacos because they didn't have enough meat and she didn't want to make more. Anyone working in fast food knows food costs for dehydrated meat is not worth turning down customers for especially when there was three more cars behind me. I canceled my order this night.
Tonight I went an hour before close hoping to have some meat available and waited 20 minutes for food. The drive through worker was very polite and kept apologizing for the wait but I could tell he was stressed by something. When he finally gave me my food and apologized again I thanked him and went home to find my order wrong. 6 soft tacos no lettuce and three soft tacos supreme no lettuce. I had no soft taco supremes but three of them did have lettuce so she must have read something right.
What prompted me to write this review is that when I called to complain (the only time I have ever complained simply because there is more to life then complaining about an extended wait) she argued with me that I was wrong she made those herself and that he had mine as regular tacos also even though my receipt clearly states that they were to be supremes with no lettuce. As a business woman and previous fast food worker I know you never argue with the customers. Not only is it rude it makes the store and it's franchisee look bad.

We were there at 1230, and our ticket says 1:20. Our meeting was at 2 pm. We ordered a $5 box with a diabetic warning for nachos, instead of twist, and a un sweet tea. With a Mexican pizza, and a bean burrito add nach cheese. With a small raspberry blast. Hot sauce, and fire. Immediately there was full of sugar tea. Wich I sent back. For unsweet tea. We left to get gas and eat. Every hot sauce packet was covered in old crusty hot sauce. The Mexican pizza was withered, and mushy, and looked precooked and sloppely thrown together. The bean burrito had no nacho cheese. The $5 box was cold. We tried to call ten times today. To ask for a refund or new food. Wich I never ever do. No one answered. No one could check our receipt. Read moreWent through the drive-thru after a long day of work and my dad was driving (also had a long day of work) so he ordered for me. I ordered a #9 with a soft taco and a Dr Pepper. Get up to the window and hand my card to my dad and he gives it to them. Get it back with the receipt and my drink. Shortly after I get the bag and think it's awfully heavy. So I look inside to see it full of soft tacos. They gave me 9 soft tacos and a drink. . .I take it back inside and Kris comes up and promptly takes care of things for me. He makes my crunchwrap for me himself and hands it to me with another soft taco. He even let me keep the bag of soft tacos since they're going to have to throw them away anyway. He handled things professionally and treated me like a real person (never seen any of that before in a fast food manager). Think I will go out of my way to go to this location from now on.
