Chen Seafood — Restaurant in Breaux Bridge

Food was good, ate inside, was expecting more of a sit and be served kinda thing. Also thought we would have real plates and glasses, but everything was togo, even plastic forks.... Salad that came with my food was litterally like 5 pieces of lettuce with one little half slice of tomato on the bottom... didn't realize that was all I was ordering.Also my dinner roll was a half of a peice of regular white bread you have at your house....i was MAYBE JUST EXPECTING A DIFFERENT EXPERIENCE ....but I had the fried shrimp and that actually tasted really great and was cooked well. Not over done, like other aces I have tried...SO FOR A FAST FOOD PLACE IT'S GOOD, IT'S JUST NOT A SIT DOWN RESTAURANT TO ME... IT'S KINDA SIMULAR 2 A MCDONALD'S ,JUST DIFFERENT KIND OF FOOD ALL TOGETHER... I didn't hate my meal though, and one day when I'm in a hurry I'll give that place a...

I order a fried pork chop dinner often. Food is good.i ordered the same thing I always get. Porkchop dinner and a chicken tender dinner with rice. My porkchop dinner had a small section of rice. Chicken dinner only had tenders . I waiting In my car. I had to call them to where my order is.they finally came with order all screwed up.i went back inside to show them the error. They refuse to give me the rice portion that comes with my porkchop dinner. And no rice with chicken dinner.i was a good customer there before this. If I could give no stars I would. I cant believe they chose to lose a customer over rice I didnt recieve I will never go back or tell anymore people about how the good was good.

Customer service sucks. I do not recommend this...

I just give up, food it's good , if you don't have the young kids taking the order , let just say you are f up. this evening i left with out taking my order , called in and went 20 min later to pickup, not ready , the number what she told me wasn't good , (payed anyway cause was only a few minutes to be ready ), waiting another 20 minutes parked in front door and still nobody came to bring me my Large Seafood Plater with 5 Chicken strips , I let them have my $ 21.20 and i drive away ! I wont never be seen there again .I used to eat there a lot when dining in , drive thru is not for them , understaffed, the whole family works there but only the young ones speaking...
