This is ONE ghetto ESTABLISHMENT!!! Even management is UNPROFESSIONAL! I was in drive thru for 12 minutes, paid for food when cashier (African American, light skinned female, short, colored eyes, burgundy weave/wig opened window she asked me do you remember what you ordered..I said yes #1 with a coke no tomato, and tots…she closed the window, then she came back handed me a bag, so I’m still sitting there waiting for a drink, she opens the windows and says can I help you with something I responded yes I am still waiting a coke, she fixed the drink so I left, as I’m driving to Parks, LA; I opened bag meal was completely wrong I received a chicken sandwich with tomato, lettuce, fries.. So I turned around and went back to Sonic ask for manager and I explained to manager (African American female long lashes, braids, tall.. I explained to her how awful the service was and that I received someone’s meal after waiting 12 minutes for what is supposed to be fast food, she had an attitude and said ma’am we can’t do nothing about it because our system is down loudly and with an attitude and as I’m talking cashier closed window! At this point I think SONIC is giving management positions to non-qualified employees. As a manager she should have first apologized for inconvenience, corrected the issue, and thank me visiting. She was more upset than me that I came back because of their error. This is really unprofessional and unfortunate customers spend their money and get treated so rudely! Read moreI work for waitr, and we got the largest order I've ever seen come through a Sonic. It was 13 different fish/crab sandwiches... Specially made... And 7 blasts, with special request. When I drove up to pick up the order, the parking lot was filling up fast, and there was a line around the building for the drive thru. I just knew it was going to take forever. Nope. They totally rocked that **!!! They kept their cool, busted tail, and got it done in the midst of the chaos without skipping a beat serving the other customers that were there!!! Very well done, guys and gals!!! It takes a LOT to impress me, and I'm impressed!!! Thank you so much for your hustle & flow!!! The last 5 times I have been there when I received my orders for burgers they were all wrong or part of the order was left out.To day I go back again I had to repeat my order 3 times each time when they would tell me what I had ordered it was wrong. I ordered 2 sonic burgers, no cheese,no mayo & add mustard on 1,& no ketchup & no onions on the other, 1 order of home made onion rings with 2 large cokes. took for ever to get it.When the carhop gets there with the order he had 2 large cokes & 1 mayo cheese burger .I was besides my self.They should close this place down or hire a manger that can conduct business.
