Ordered a Mexican Pizza, Bean Burrito, three tacos. Two of those Tacos were for my wife. Was asked how many sauce packs we wanted. I use two on each Item and Four on the Pizza since it's a bigger Item. My wife uses 1 per Taco. After placing order was told to park in front and they woul bring order to us. After order arrived I checked and they were two packs shy of what I ordered. When I asked to have the two more sauce packs I was told " You have to order more Items to get more packs " I stated that's how I've always eaten there food and if I can't get the sauce packs I want a refund. He walked away and started for the restaurant. I exited my vehicle to go inside. I was then told the dinning room was closed. I stood and knocked on the door to either get a refund or two more sauce packs. Finally a young woman came to the door. I explained my situation and she opted to give me a refund instead of two more sauce packs. After she gave me a refund she threw the food and the sauce packs away. I'm in Breaux Bridge everyday for a month while my wife is in rehab at Oshner Hospital. Whnever I go to eat I avoid Taco Bell there as to not waste my time in case I can't have the proper amount of sauce packs...
Read moreDid a mobile order for two of the shredded beef grilled cheese taco deluxe boxes. Got to the window and was asked to back up behind the yellow pole. A short time later I was waved to pull forward to get my order. Hand me a bag full of food and I pass it to my wife. Get home to find that the main piece of the box that we ordered was missing, on both orders. Tried to call several times and no one ever picked up. Not worth the time or gas money to drive back and try to convince someone they forgot two key items on the orders.
Just before this another customer had to pull around and walk in for I assume a mistake on their order as well. The employee at the window voiced very loudly to the line worker “don’t let them kill your mood”, which I assume was from the customer ahead of me.
Overall this restaurant is 60/40 for getting it right. Forgetting the showcase item on tow orders is not a good show of concentration. Not picking up the phone just added to this negative experience.
Make sure to check your orders. Don’t trust the employee is paying attention. Should be self explanatory, but when you have a 1 year old with you, you’re trying to get home as quickly...
Read moreI ordered a huge order on uber eats and thank goodness a thoughtful delivery driver had my back and went go deliver the message in person after my delivery and passed along the message that I will be going there personally, due to this location having the busy dial tone picking up every call made to their store phone, cause my order was entirely dismantled and prepared horribly and complete disaster that was over $70 worth. Complete horrified and nerves rattled from this whole experience. My son’s whole combo was made with sour cream and tomatoes that he can not have due to allergies and they didn’t give his drink. And the rest of the food was sloppy and not fresh at all. It was watered down drinks and the driver said upon arrival to pick up my order the guy who made the food didn’t even have it bagged properly and had ill mannerisms towards her. I want...
