Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Breaux Bridge

The food was great. But the staff had to be the rudest people I’ve ever encountered. After standing at the door with for 5 minutes with every employee standing behind the desk right there , not 1 of them had the decency to tell me and my friends 9 year old who was with me that we had to go thru the drive thru bc they lock the doors at 10. So we continued to ring the door bell thing they have connected to the front door, after doing so about 3 times , one of the guys working never opened his mouth but finally acknowledged us but in such a cocky was throwing his arm toward the side of the building , so I assume there was another door so as we walk there he finally decided to open his mouth to yell it’s a drive thru. Well that alone almost made me cancel my order but my friends little girl rly wanted pizza so I held my composure, get back in the vehicle and go thru the drive thru. The girl at the window was sarcastic so I assumed these people must hate their jobs! But I was oh so wrong and Shortly realised that , bc after almost getting all the way home we decided to grab a piece and eat while driving back only to realise that our bread sticks had NO sauce to dip them in. Everyone knows u have to have sauce with your breadsticks , so we turn around to drive back only to be told after we got 1 small cup of sauce that we had to pay for the 2nd one we asked for. For a moment I thought it had to be my imagination bc I know this woman who was so rude as well as the other staff working with her was to us that she really just said we had to pay for a an extra cup of sauce after they forgot the 1st one and we had to drive all the way back. So if course I told her that, and with her nasty attitude said well it’s 1.09 so I’m sorry have a good day and closed the window on us. At that moment I realised she didn’t hate her job she must hate herself, and I let her know she must have meant goodnight bc the doors were locked on us bc it was 10 at night . But I guess that slipped her mind along with my sauce and the common sense to know the 1st rule in any sales is THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT, and always have a good attitude and be polite. I know this was long but , I hope the owner or manager whoever hired those employees that they might want to put a sign on that locked door saying hiring as well as another sign saying we lock the door at 10 pm. Please go through drive thru. Because they have serious issues not only opening their mouth to attend to the paying customer , so a sign would not only benefit them but also the store itself . Bc I will NEVER go there much less spend a $1 at that location EVER. And I will also let anyone who asked me about the service etc there that they might want to take the few extra minutes and miles and drive to carencro! One of their employees called at 11:25 pm and woke me from a sound sleep, saying that id ordered pizza there. I assured her that i hadnt, that she had in fact woke me up. She starts demanding that i had called and ordered food there. So i told her that her calling me a liar would not fly and she got rude and hung up. I tried to call back , they hung up. I called again and asked for a manager and they hung up. If your employees keep crank calling in the middle of the night ill start calling corporate. Some of us have early days and dont have time for bored kids at pizza places crank calling , not liking the response they get, and hanging up like a 2 year old. When you call and wake people up at an indecent hour over a pizza , you just may get more than you asked for. Not surprizing behavior judging from other reviews that ive read about this location. I have a dominos 2 miles from me in St. Martinville, but i really dont like sloppy or half burnt/half cooked food, so ill pick up at a real pizza place. You really need to have an adult supervisor there at night. Have a great night 🙂

I was out of town and was trying to order my husband a medium pizza and wings. Now I will admit I was on west coast time and I placed the ordered at 858pm central time. The driver arrived on time and was polite. My husband informed me the pizza hardly had any sauce as there were charred dough bubbles and the crust was burned. The chicken wings were grisly. He didn’t enjoy the meal. He tried to call the store and no one answered. He waited to call again the next day and spoke with Jarvis the store manager. Apparently this manager used foul language and was refusing to give his name and hung up twice and then on the third call got a female who seemed afraid to confirm the managers name and then they hung up again. From what my husband told me Jarvis made threats and also used inappropriate language.
