yet another edit... This location HAD BEEN doing better since my last review. Tonight i ordered through the app and marked the BOBO for the Baconzilla , but only received one .The lady at the window only gave me one, i tried to show her the BOBO on the emailed receipt and she said she could only give me what was on their paper and closed the window when i said I'll have to call corporate about this location , again. I told her through the window that her behavior was horse**. Coroprate is opening a ticket because they saw some discount and i did not receive my full order. Thats fine, butvwhy send out emails offering this if your locations wont honor it. Its false advertisement in my eyes. I have eaten alot of food from checkers and rallys , BUT..The Breaux Bridge and Covington locations are making it hard for me to justify going to Checkers/Rallys .. They could have eadily verified my order in the app..mi had the email in my hand to show her. Of course management will reply to this review that they will strive to improve my experiences there ,again. Frankly at this point im inclined to just the delete their app since the points system is not honored at location and go elsewhere.
Edit* Since i dont like the robot ordering system or their pull up to the white line craze, i downloaded the app and ordered. I arrived when it was supposed to be ready and STILL was asked to pull to the white line to wait..???? When I ordered ahead??? OWNER, PLEASE DO NOT REPLY to my edit, maybe educate and instruct your employees instead??? Maybe supervision is required??? The point is why go through ordering ahead when you're STILL asked to pull up and wait, possibly putting my food at risk of AIRBORN CONTAMINATES ?? Just hand it to me at the window since it was ordered ahead and supposed to be ready at a given time??*
First of all It would be nice to talk to a human when I order. The food is always as good as I expect it to be at this location, and the people are always nice enough, i dont expect smiling faces , just that my order be right. I usually take the time to go to this location because the do a good job. All that being said ive noticed that the employees here are starting to follow a local trend of asking you to pull up when no one is behind you, it makes me wonder why..it's like the do not want you to see what they're doing to your food. So, going forward if im asked to pull up or to the door when no one is behind me, I'll just ask for a refund. That window is there for you to wait for and receive your order. I do not like my food being exposed to possible flying particulate matter when theres alot less exposure just handing it...
   Read moreTypically my husband and I will eat the 2 double spicy chicken w/cheese for $7.00. Which after tax you pay $7.74 which for the size of the spicy chicken breast being doubled is more then enough for us. Rarely we will add a drink and a fry to the order for $3.00 more. Which will put it coming out to $11.49 but they recently changed their cups and claim that the cups are bigger but in fact they are not. So you save money by getting just the double and grabbing a large fountain drink from the pilot or Penny wise. Which is my favorite place to get the world's best Sweet Tea.. I can sip on their sweet tea all day weather its cold or lukewarm. This is in reference to the breaux bridge checkers. They have a older lady that works the drive thru that is rather moody.. She really need to leave her problems at home or she just doesn't need to be working the window or front line. The attitude in her tone is very unpleasant and unprofessional. She is ugly to other employees and customers for no apparent reason. Now that checkers is the only checkers that I will eat at because of how well the chicken sandwiches are cooked. The other restaurants have all honesty depleted in enjoyment as for as the environment and the people that will just be hanging around outside and in the parking lots. Im not sure if that is due to the area in which the few restaurants are located or the employees.. If they could figure out how to resolve the few things that I have expressed my opinion on then I can see my family going and sitting outside to enjoy a beautiful afternoon or...
   Read moreOn 6/26/2020 I went in the drive thru and ordered food. My daughter had ordered two spicy chicken doubles plan. Her order was wrong so she got down for them to make it again. When she got back in the car it was still wrong but she still ate it. When she got to the middle of the sandwich it was completely raw. I took her to the doctor cause she consumed some of the raw meat. Come to find out it was food poisoning. My daughter is traumatize and will not eat anything before looking at the food to make sure itâs cook. As of today 7/1/2020 she still experience stomach pain. The only thing I got was an apology and I donât feel thatâs enough. I need a call back or something or I will be contacting a lawyer.
