Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen — Restaurant in Breaux Bridge

(New) stopped by @10:47 pm on 5/24/24 and no one attempted to take my order. No one spoke through speaker, google says location closes at 11 pm, I am confused on how aren’t being taken until then. It’s always something at this location.

Stopped by Popeyes in BREAUX BRIDGE @ 9:49 pm, when I drov up GENERAL MANAGER LETHERICA immediately said before you order let me tell you what I have left, then she proceeded to say that she only had” mild breast available”, so I asked how long would it take to drop chicken for two meals, for myself and my spouse she stated, “WE WILL NOT BE DROPPING ANYTHING ELSE TONIGHT”, so I responded THANK YOU, and drove off! Let me first say this, it’s very UNPROFESSIONAL TO EVEN START A CONVERSATION WITH A CUSTOMER IN DRIVE THRU THAT WAY, secondly I understand that they close at 10pm central time, but as long as a customer is present prior to closing it shouldn’t matter how long it take to drop fresh food. I’m pregnant I can not eat meat that has been sitting that GOD KNOWS how long, CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS LACK AT THIS LOCATION! Anyone can be MANGER OBVIOUSLY AND OBVIOUSLY THIS GENERAL MANAGER NEEDS ADDITIONAL TRAINING AND A DEMOTION If I had been her supervisor she’d would have been written up for lack of management skills and customer service skills, it doesn’t take this long to drop meat in a batter and fry it! My money is green just like everyone’s else and so I should have been treated accordingly. I will not be coming to this location! What’s the purpose of the REMODEL of the STORE, the REMODEL SHOULD HAVE INCLUDED NEW STAFF AND MANAGEMENT TRAINING! I will never ever refer anyone to this location or stop at this location I rather drive to Henderson where the service is a lot better and the food is always FRESH AND HOT! The GENERAL MANAGER IS SUPPOSED TO BE AN EXAMPLE OTHER STAFF, and she should have been ashamed to offer people MILD BREAST, and not take other the time to make fresh food it’s obvious if that’s all you have it’s because it hasn’t sold! Take it to your family and feed it to them I don’t think she would give me food that’s been sitting there while they’re standing around waiting for customers! (UPDATE) on 2/4/2024 I went thru driveway at 8:37 pm because lobby doors were locked, greeted by LETHERICA (General Manager) and as I started to talk about what I was trying to order she said (I’m sorry ma’am, we are out of chicken for the night. ) so I’m looked at the clock & said excuse me say that again it’s 8:39 pm at this point and she said will not be making any chicken. So I said okay and drove off! Let me say this, whomever is the REGIONAL FOR THIS LOCATION. You need a DEMOTION along with her! I HAVE and several customers have made complaints and nothing has been done! This is a continued issue with same person. If your sales suck it’s because MANAGEMENT SUCKS!! The customer service sucks and this GENERAL MANAGER lacks in professionalism. I went there today and was told by the staff that there was a fight and police were called and so business had to stop due to employees fighting! This is a Circus SHOW at this location! How in the WORLD is this happening? Employees fighting, GM is lazy and always shutting down hours before closing! I will be calling corporate first thing in the morning! And I will be emailing them as well about my experience! I will not be returning and referring anyone to this location. This location should not be running with folks that are currently running, there clearly needs to be a REEVALUATION and...

I am so disappointed in this restaurant! Among all the havoc Louisiana is going through and to treat people with such disrespect. My husband and others were traveling back from Lake Charles last night to pick up equipment to help with the clean up after the storm, and had been on the road all day trying to get back to Hammond to drop off equipment and they had not eaten all day. They had stopped at several places and were not able to go into the stores or any place because everthing is closed to the public. They broke down in Breaux Bridge and had to wait to get a tire fixed so they were going to try to get something to eat. They couldnt go through the drive thru with the loads thet were hauling so he walked up to the window to order and they refused to serve him. The manager even told him that they would not serve him. These people out here on the road that are unable to go through the drive thru that are helping with the storms aftermath deserve to be treated better than this! They are away from the comforts of their own homes trying to help others in need. How many other people on the road have you refused to serve? Popeyes you have to do better than this. I am sure you all in one way or another have someone that was affected by the storm. My husband doesnt have to be out on the road helping, he could come home to a home cooked meal every night and sleep in the comfort of his own bed, but he chooses to help others that need help. Rude, horrible experience. Couldn't hear at intercome had to go to pick up to order. You'd think 4 or 5 people could understand, but NO. The order was for three people. 1 order was right. We had to give our bags BACK for them to look at what we got. We were the only CAR there ordering. Then they all stood and were openly laughing at us. These ignorant people didn't care about our order. I am 68 years old and in my life I have never had a fast food experience that was so nasty. Then ordered a side of rice/beans got the worst rice dressing my husband EVER tasted. The arrogance of these women was mind boggling. The whole lot of them should should be fired!! Next I will call corporate and share this experience. I will never go there again!! And Henderson La. Popeyes was very bad there, too. Chicken not done! Rice/beans were sour!! 6 BIiscuits were gard as hockey pucks.Our friend bought dinner and we threw it all AWAY! We should of complained but we won't go back. Also the sides that you order are extremely small and smaller WHEN they don't fill them up. It will be a long time before I waste my time and money at Popeyes! Disgusted...
