Delivery order should have been received by 6:52 pm! Spoke to the store at 7pm and was told driver had been left! Waited another 40 mins NO ARRIVAL! Went to the store for a remake! Manager wants to argue over the phone after I was told by a store employee to come in for a remake since my order had not arrived! Order finally arrives after I make it to the store! COLD! I have never had bad customer service from this store until now and I highly doubt I ever spend any more money with pizza hut because of this experience! Its no reason to pay for a order to be delivered to have to still drive to the store and then to receive horrible customer service….not one apology as if I was in the wrong and of course the pizza was cold after being gone from the store for 50 mins it no longer even looked fresh and I have pictures to prove it! Sad part is the bad service came from the manager over the phone not even the employees that were at the location! So I will give them credit! A rude manager is crazy with 99 excuses! The manager wanted to argue that the website not correct, the track your order not correct everything is estimates and that if more orders come in the driver will take them all at once so basically deliver cold food because you certainly not making tons of orders AT ONCE! Not the mention I asked why the food didn't deliver via door dash and she stated door dash is not reliable as if the PIZZA HUT DRIVER DELIVERING NEARLY A HOUR AFTER LEAVING THE STORE IS RELIABLE! Read moreI keep trying to give this location a chance, but every time I am sadly disappointed. The cooks cannot read a ticket to save their lives no matter what you order or pay extra for it comes out one way. This location does not understand what pan style pizza is (hand tossed IS NOT pan and cannot be substituted for such). Apparently, customers do not get to order what they want. On this rare occasion that I called to speak with the manager the experience has been horrendous. Employee will answer let you share your experience and then proceed to tell you that you are wrong, and then tell you to wait for a manager to talk to. Meanwhile, she puts down the phone (not placing on hold) and in a very snarky voice says “manager…the Karen wants a manager” WHAT!? I called to give feedback on my experience because the website was having issues, not because I wanted to be called names and spoke down to. Night manager gets on the phone, part way through my recant of the experience she states that the website is having issues and there has been a lot of complaints. Never apologizing, just excuses. FYI… an apology goes a long way to deescalating and understanding an upset customer. Read moreOrdered at 6:54pm. The estimate per the email confirmation was 7:23pm. On the tracker, the status never changed from making the order. Finally called after an hour. The first time someone from customer service. It wasn't the store. Someone named Eric said he'd put me on hold and call the store to check on my order. After being on hold for 8 minutes, I was hung up on. Called back. This time, it was Heather actually at the store. She tried helping me figure it out. All she could figure out was that the order left the store with Door Dash. Their system has no idea when the order left the store. I asked her to cancel the order and tell Door Dash to take it back to the store. She graciously agreed and apologized. After an hour and a half, the order arrived, even though it was supposed to be canceled. I called the store back to tell them. The call went to customer service again. I told them what happened, and the guy told me to keep the food, and they'll honor the refund since it took so long. He even said he dislikes it when orders go with Door Dash. There's been issues. As expected, the food was cold. One of the pizzas was supposed to be pepperoni lovers. There was so little pepperoni that I'd hesitate to call it a pepperoni pizza.
