Read moreI stopped by the drive thru my order was pretty simple, I ordered 3 different items. The employees were very unprofessional. First of all they looked stoned, high from marijuana. They said on the speaker rudly to stop yelling at them. I said what to myself. I then explained sir I'm talking in the quietest voice one could have. Then they said they had no beef or chicken all they had was shredded chicken or steak. So I ordered my 3 items with shredded chicken since they had no beef. I asked if I had to pay a upcharge since they were obviously to lazy to make more beef. I say that because he said we close soon sir. I mean there were at least 3 cars behind me that got screwed as well. They said no that I didn't have to pay a upcharge but when I paid he did not give me a receipt. When my order finally came up I asked for the receipt to see I was charged $0.99 per item upcharge for substituting shredded chicken. I must say Taco Bell you have got to do better than that. This is the second time in a month with the same problem. The other visit seemed like the same shift manager and was at the Hampton store. I think you need to find better management and stop transferring a problem between stores. He clearly doesn't have it. I mean you sell a mini shredded chicken quesadilla for $.99 And I ordered beef mini quesadilla and rang up shredded chicken sub beef for...

Their success rate on making my order correctly, and with all items is about 20%, no exaggeration. I'm almost always either missing an item (or items) of my order, or have an ingredient I requested removed left on. Usually both. I will gladly drive further away to go to a different location if only to make sure my order is correct.
On the chance I do come here, apparently they don't even care about taking my order. I pulled up to the drive through, not a single person in line at the window, and was told that if I ordered, it would be over 30 minutes. They apparently had too many door dash orders and couldn't care less about their customers that actually try to order in person. Door Dash should never take precedent over in person orders, and especially not 30+ minutes. Unacceptable.
While there are a few workers that are polite, the majority couldn't care less about customer service. Almost every time I show up, I'm treated like I am the worst part of their day. How dare I try to place my order and make sure it's correct.
I've worked at three Taco Bells on 2 continents, and been to countless others. I can say with absolute certainty, that is this the worst one I've been to. I only hope that one day, when I don't have a choice of another, and I try again, that it will...
