Was at JJ's for the first time yesterday 9-10-16. Arrived at 4:45 and was told 2 for 1s started at 5, even though the paper said 4. I told the female bartender I would wait the 15 min. she rolled her eyes at me. She continued to ignore me until I got the attention of a male bartender at 5:15.
