Went to the country club hills restaurant. Been going for a while travel from Richton park. Always buy a particular sandwich. 2 hamburger patties chopped up on toasted French bread with mozzarella cheese lettuce tomatoes and Mayo. They charge me a little more but when my man hooks it up it's the bomb. Returned home from Florida this afternoon the whole flight home my family and I talked about going to BaBa's . We go straight there from the airport and there was a note on the door closed from 12:40 till 2pm Went home (Richton park) around 1:30 dropped off our luggage called to make sure they were open ( around 2:30 ) went back and ordered the sandwich as mentioned above . Got home the patties weren't chopped bread wasn't toasted. DROVE BACK to the restaurant to get the order corrected . The cook refused to correct the order and refunded my money. I asked him as much as I come here with my family you would lose our business over a sandwich which I was always willing to pay more for ?? He said yes combined my wife's , daughters, granddaughter and son in laws order was an additional $38 . I couldn't believe he would be that small minded and try to run a business. Normally he's a pretty good guy maybe he was having a bad day bit his bad day cost him a long time customer. My wife loves the Philly cheese steak sandwiches there but I told her if she ever spends another dime at BaBa's I will divorce her. I will never spend a dime there . Hopefully I can find someone to duplicate that...

I am writing to express my concerns about an unsettling experience I encountered at Baba’s on June 14, 8:00pm. I had anticipated a pleasant visit, but the service I received fell short of basic customer service standards, which was both surprising and disappointing.
Upon my arrival, I approached a staff member to inquire about placing an order. Rather than being assisted, I was met with an unfriendly attitude and a dismissive demeanor. Shortly after this initial interaction, I was informed that the restaurant was closed. However, it was evident that the establishment was still serving other customers, which left me confused and feeling unfairly treated.
This experience has led me to feel that I was discriminated against, though I am uncertain of the precise motives behind the staff’s behavior. It is important to me that such concerns are communicated and addressed to prevent future occurrences and to ensure that all customers are welcomed equally and without prejudice.
I am bringing this matter to your attention not out of grievance but in the hope that it will encourage a constructive review of customer interactions at your establishment. A commitment to courteous and equitable service defines the reputation of a business and its success.
Thank you for considering my experience. I am hopeful that future patrons will not have to endure similar treatment and that improvements will be made to enhance the customer service provided...
Read moreThis is my favorite Baba’s location that I’ve been to so far. The food is really good and seasoned to perfection (there’s only been one time that I got a chicken philly and the chicken was really burnt, so I had to throw it out.)
I would give them 5 stars if it weren’t for the following things:
