KFC — Restaurant in Bremen Township

My experience at this location was terrible. I went there the first time and i repeated my order several times for a eight piece dark. I said please no white meat. What i received was two legs, one thigh, three breast and two wings. I got all the way home before i noticed that the order was completely wrong. I was very disappointed because i knew for sure after repeating the order at least three times that i shouldn't have had to check my bag. I only ate the leg and two thighs and gave the rest away. After spending dam near $30. My second experience was even worse, i had an order my total was $15.63. i paid with my debit card. The next day i checked my account and i was charged instead $57.00. i was furious! I drove back the next day to speak to the Manager. Of course he wasn't there. When i finally walked in about two weeks later and spoke with the very nasty, unprofessional, arrogant, Manager name Allen he refused to refund my over charge back to my debit card, even though i had the receipt in my phone from my bank. He was talking over me, acted like i was bothering him for even asking to speak with him and refused to help. I will be taking this issue further with Corporate . I didn't appreciate the rude attitude at all. I would not recommend going to this location. I will never go back. If u do, make sure to double check your order and debit card before leaving. Went through the drive thru, service was unprofessional to say the least. Asked for sauce and was told it would be $1 per chicken tender, I said never mind no sauce "manager then said it's $1 for sauce on three tenders" I agreed to add the sauce but was charged $1.25.I was told to go to the parking lot wait 5 minutes and come back to the drive thru, where I had to wait again. I asked for a receipt since I was not offered one when I paid. I was given a duplicate receipt I wanted the original for rewards purposes. Manager refused to give it to me, said it was thrown in the trash. At that point I asked for a refund. Manager was rude and refused to give me a refund. He said that there was nothing wrong with my order. I stated that "you don't get to tell me that there is nothing wrong. There is something wrong with the customer service." The manager also refused to give me his name. I am highly disappointed and dissatisfied with the service I received here and at some many other establishments in the area. When shopping in other areas with different economic status I don't experience this level of disrespect. It is really frustrating that this is acceptable in my neighborhood it should not be...

I went to buy like 40 pieces of chicken ,I don’t know if she was a manager and she wasn’t really nice when I was ordering but then a really nice man I think he was the manager,he took my order really good and he was so nice,I decided to go back the same day to get some biscuits because I thought if I buy 40 piece’s of chicken they came with biscuits too ,so I went back to order biscuits and mush potatoes separated ,they were like kind of mean cause I was ordering again,they weren’t nice again and I told her I want 8 biscuits and she only gave me 4 when I got at home and I saw what I got I was so kind of disappointed and I don’t think I will go back to that store again,I’ve been going there three times ,the first time they were so nice ,the guy who is the manager there I don’t know his name he is the only person who is nice there,I really appreciate what he does there,but about the other people,some of them look like they don’t want to do their work,I don’t understand why they are working in a place that u have to deal with costumers,you guys have a job for us cause we go there and buy a lot of food so u can keep...
