I've been to many jacks of course. I know a lot of the background history of how they came to be, the people who started it, and the noticeable changes of items and ingredients in their menu. Among many other restaurants and fast food places, jacks has an old retro diner type feeling to it when you walk in. Even after some of the remodeling of older locations, it still aims to please the nerve that has that feeling. Waiting times at most Jack's will be 5-10 Minutes, sometimes when you're ordering a Chicken Biscuit past breakfast hours then it might take 15-20 because they aren't ready to make a morning biscuit when they're already set up for lunch hours. Nothing much to complain about. This jacks however had a much astounding waiting time of 3-5 minutes which personally for breakfast time, I find great. In under 3 minutes of arriving and ordering, either pure luck or good work, I had received a hot and steamy chicken biscuit complete in the way I like then the most. Along with Hash-Rounds and 5 other orders of the people who had made the order with me. Yes, 6 people with 6 orders in 3 minutes. Seeing how breakfast was so fast and accurate, who ever employed the workers must have a great eye for people able to do fast and heartfelt labor. It's safe to assume that whoever works other shifts on different hours and days, are just as accurate and as fast paced as these great breakfast people. And if you don't feel like having jacks today, then that's ok! Chicken or Burgers might not always be your thing. It all just depends on the mood you're in. If you're needing a quick grab and go then this is your place to go. As for the car line, it was the only thing relatively normal to the other jacks. I say about a 6-8 minute wait in the car line from...
Read moreI ended up with like a handful of fries. Not even enough to fill a small fry carton. The lady who assisted the cashier at the window told us they don’t make small shakes. She told me I have to be charged for a regular. Yet the shake was still put in a small cup but I got charged for a regular size and not a small. I don’t know when that changed all of a sudden but at other locations between Ga to AL jacks they charge you for the size you ordered. I don’t understand that part at all and feel like that was just made up unless that rule doesn’t apply for this location. The lady who they called Tameka who tried to help assist with the app used a lot of profanity. The order was rung up wrong as a 4 pc instead of a 3pc chicken finger snack. She seemed frustrated to deal with the whole ordeal and kept asking have we already used the code on our app. She kept telling the order taker and the other employee there that they have to ring this stuff up correctly. She complained about how the drive thru time was now high because of this ordeal. She complained about how long it took and how it messed up the drive thru time and made it 5 minutes. She snatched the receipt and just used a lot of profanity. Somehow I ended up with my receipt and an employee clock out slip. I definitely won’t be back because it was very unprofessional. I understand if you’re frustrated with something but using a lot of profanity in front of your customers is very unprofessional. I seemed like I was an inconvenience due to how she was acting. I won’t recommend this place to anyone or come back at all. Ruined my experience completely. I also included the pic down below of the person clock in paper I received when she...
Read moreEven though we fell in love with Jack's restaurants when my husband was a truck driver we have had bad experiences with other locations since he retired and this one was no exception. First of all we had to wait about 15 minutes for my salad and when we finally got our food my husband's sandwich wasn't even in the bag. We probably would have checked everything but we had just watched the manager checking our order before she handed it to us. We drove to the motel we were staying at and luckily it was close by. We had to drive back there and my husband was pretty mad but to her credit the manager apologized and refunded our money, comped our food and gave me fresh chicken to put on my salad. The food was actually good once we could finally eat. A sidenote: she said it was because they were so busy but the reason we went there was because there is a waffle house on one side and a Chick-fil-A on the other side. Jack's didn't look that busy so that's why we went there. I...
