Never been to this location and decided to go inside and place my order. Upon arrival there's at least 3 employees who looked to be just getting off shift standing on the customer side of the pick up counter. There was a shift manager standing and talking to them, on the opppsite side. There was a young lady already standing ahead of me waiting to be acknowledged. (Not sure how long she'd alreday been waiting) I stood behind her and waited, and waited. NONE of the numerous shift crew in front or back acknowledged either of us, even after looking at us several times. I asked the young lady in front of me, if she knew if anyone was working the counter or if we're required to order at the kiosk (one of two we're out of order.) She replied, she was wondering the same thing. At this point, I spoke loudly and asked the shift manager standing in front of me talking to the employees if anyone is working the counter or were we required to order at the kiosk. She stared briefly and then said loudly and bit irritated, "Well, I'm off shift." At which point I asked well, can you get me someone else? Only then did she attempt to get someone else out front, and when the young lady was asked in front of me what she needed by the same off shift manager, the customer responded by saying that she was shorted her order in the drive thru, and the manager proceeded to talk over her and tell her she was incorrect. She was told again by the customer, then manager finally listened enough to know she was wrong. The customer was shorted her order. At this point, I'm still waiting on my order to be made while the employee that took my order begins to help gather all of the off duty employees food on the customer side of the counter, even helps employee carry the one of the two bags outside. She finally returns at which time I can see my order has been done a while on the board, so I ask if my order was up...only then did she check on my order and even that took way to long. I finally leave with said order, a 10pc nugget fry and water. Walk out to see all of the employees that were standing inside around the counter previously, now all sitting out on the curb of the parking lot, including the shift manager. Please note, there were only two customers in the entire restaurant and one was myself. The crew seemed more interested in taking care of the employees first. I have never witnessed such blatant rudeness or just lack of caring at all for anyone's time. The fact that every employee unacknowledged us was stunning. Management is obviously not exhibiting what customer service means to the younger shift crew. Shift leader or manager means to lead. This location is lacking this, and it shows. Read morePLEASE READ THIS!!. I used this McDonald's for breakfast all the time. The morning staff go out if their way to give great service. I also use to take my two grandsons for dinner every once in a while. I've always gotten good food and coffee here. Until a few months ago. I had heard from a police officer I know that someone had gotten a raw chicken sandwich here. I didn't doubt his word but I don't eat chicken and had forgotten about it . A few days afterwards I took my grandsons here one evening after we went to the movies for dinner and ice cream on the way home. We went in, ordered, paid, got our food and sat at a table inside the restaurant. First thing I noticed about my food was my burger was real cold. The cheese was still flat, no bent edges. It was never heated. I can only thank God that I then rememberd about the raw chicken sandwich my friend had told about. I decided to check on my grandsons chicken nuggets. The first nugget I picked up of my youngest grandsons meal wasn't done. It wasn't cooked through. Barely warm. I'm so glad I let them eat the ice cream first and I checked the nuggets before either of them had bitten into one. My three year old grandson might have not known better and kept eating them. I took the food to the counter and explained to the cashier the food wasn't cooked and asked for my money back. The lady acted like we didn't matter and I was bothering her. She then rudely said she wouldn't give me a refund but they would redo my order. I again asked for a refund. She again denied my refund. I become very upset at the lady and her addiude. I was furious but knew I should leave before trouble started. I left the raw food in the counter and We left. In case something like this ever happens to you, what I should have done was to try and get the names of everyone working there that night. I should have kept the food and I should have called the police and made a report. I DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS RESTAURANT. Please, check your children's food if you go...
Read moreI just wanted the locals to know they shouldn’t even waste their time or money going to the Bremen McDonalds….I stopped by there last night with an EASY order, and the visit lasted over 20 minutes with a RIDICULOUS outcome! First the guy told me since I had ordered a double quarter pounder I had to go wait in spot #2, so I did….after like 5 minutes they brought out my order, and I realized the double quarter pounder I had been waiting for wasn’t even in the bag! I went inside, and the manager apologized profusely and she literally said that the staff just doesn’t care and there’s really nothing she can do about it!🤯 Anyway I got my “double quarter pounder” and left-thinking SURELY they’d get it right since I heard the manager plainly repeat the order to the cook…as I drove away I wanted to eat what they had originally brought out to me in spot #2, and it was totally wrong-I despise onions and had ordered it with ketchup only and it was covered in onions! I turned around on Hwy 27 and went BACK-again the manager apologized profusely and I got the food and came home. When I got home I realized I had no fries, that COME with the combo, the quarter pounder wasn’t even the DOUBLE I had paid for, and the condiments included in the bag were ranch and honey….when I had only ordered burgers!! What in the actual HELL is wrong with these people? Like the manager said, they don’t care, and I bet they’re laughing their butts off as they just give people whatever they want to give them….I won’t be back there for at least a year or so-till they can get some new staff and these clowns can move on to Burger King or somewhere 🙄 posting this to Yelp and Google and anywhere else I can...
