Wendy's — Restaurant in Bremen

The drive thru had a long line but i was ok with the wait until I realized that the hold up was because one of the employees was hanging out the drive thru window socializing with the people in the car at window. I am ok with catching up with old friends but clock out, walk outside and do that so you are not holding the line up. My husband ordered a double stack cheeseburger with ketchup and mustard only....it was received with everything on it. Good thing he is not allergic to onions and only prefers not to eat them. So since he refuses to eat anything that has or has had an onion on it(I tried sneaking it out of the burger before he seen it but says he could taste it anyways)he didn't get to eat the meal we paid for and because the line was still backed up we didn't feel like going back to have order corrected. My dinner was ok because I love the bacon cheeseburger but it did have a bit too much mayo on it. I just wiped some off and ate it. My Dr. Pepper and my husband's Coke were both flat. We usually have a good experience here but tonight they were off their game. Hopefully this is only a 1 time experience because I normally enjoy having a quick/easy...

My main complaint is the rudeness of a manager I was leaning against the wall I'm handicapped and instead of walking around me and my husband she tried and just kept bugging excuse excuse excuse so I would get off that wall so she could go to the restroom instead of walking around me and my husband we were the only two in line it's like really you've got to go between us and the wall and like I said I was leaning against it because the couple that was up at the register it was taking them a while to order and when your handicap you either have to lean on something or be able to hold something and this was just completely rude to cut to the left side and go against the wall to go to the restroom because she was too lazy to take five steps out of her way just plain put rude...

I stop here frequently on the way to work. Common problems, like every single night, are they will be out of salads completely, iced tea completely, out of coffee completely, out of potatoes completely. The list goes on and on and basically the only item this location offers in the late evening are hamburgers and fries. Very disappointed. I will go to one of the other restaurants in the very close by area that actually have the things I like and want in stock. Shame on the management of this Wendy's for dropping the ball. PS when you say the lobby is open you should mean and is actually open, not just when you want to open it.
