Dairy Queen — Restaurant in Bremerton

Been here twice and had sub-par experiences both times. First time I tried to order the healthy kids meal item but with fries instead of the banana and asked for the dessert (basically a typical kids meal but with a healthier entree) and was told it was impossible. I paid for fries, forwent dessert, and asked them to just not give me the banana, and I received one anyway! It sat on my counter (on the off chance someone would want it) and it rotted. Really stupid policy resulting in needless food waste. Then this last visit, they were out of the seasonal "Jurrasic Park" candy. No big deal. I asked them to add peanut butter to a Reeses blizzard, which they charged me for, but they didn't add. Also, I asked for LIGHT ranch (double checked to make sure they had Light) and was given Regular. I guess if you're just going to order a combo you might get your order correct, but try to make changes and they will either ignore you, or fight you, then ignore you. Worst Dairy...

Person at the counter seemed stoned. My wife asked for a grilled chicken patty with cheese. The guy at the counter said we don’t have chicken patties, so she then Asked for a beef patty. We assumed he was putting cheese on that since she asked for cheese with the chicken patty however he didn’t ask if she wanted cheese on that as well. We got the patty and there was no cheese so I told the guy at the counter that they forgot cheese and he said well you asked for a chicken patty with cheese not a beef’s patty with cheese. So I said ok can we get the cheese. Then He charged us for it. Also asked for some shell chocolate for my wife’s blizzard and he charged us again for that. Just felt like they were nickel and diming on the small items. We spent almost $20 with our first order. Worst fast food experience ever! I ordered two small blizzards at the intercom. The drive thru guy kept asking me to repeat my order multiple times, which I did. Finally I get to the window to pay, And as I’m driving away I realize I got a mini blizzard instead of a small. So I go back around and the drive thru guy (rerardo, or Eduardo ) is completely rude to me, saying that he read me back my order (which to give him credit he did, but he did not repeat the sizes), so I tell him I will pay the difference between the mini and small, and the manager behind him rolls her eyes and charges me an extra 1.20$ for what I should have got anyways!
