Flagship Inn — Hotel in Bremerton

loved going to the flagship. After losing my son I spent alot more nights there .it became a special place for me .Until today. Last night I had rented the room for one night. But after being woke up because I was having really bad leg cramps.. I didn't get much sleep was. So I decided to get the room another night. Supposedly the room was already rented. So I would have to change rooms. So we had been in second room maybe an hour . My boyfriend had just left to get some things at Winco when the room phone rang. It was the front desk. He said hello , I'm sorry but we can't rent you 106 we are booked up and there is no other rooms available. At first I thought he had made a mistake and had meant to call a different room. But then I said we just rented this room we are already in it..He then became really angry and started yelling at me. I was still calm I was trying to figure out what was going on. He then started yelling you disrespected my F - ing motel .Excuse me I said.He then said I'm not going to F - ing argue with you. I said I'm not arguing with you. I don't understand what's going on I disrespected nothing. He said I spilled something on the carpet. What? If I had spilled something I would have cleaned it up. I said I want to see it. We wnt up there and he's yelling again , right there he says .What is that I asked the spot was about the size of a dime and red..He says why don't you f- ing get down there and look.At this point I got a little scared I felt like he was going to push my face into the carpet. First off we had nothing red with us that would of spilled onto the carpet and if we had I would of cleaned it up. Before we had left the room I had turned down the bed removed the sheets and placed them on the bench in the bathroom , along g with the towels we used. I had placed the (2)dirty cups we had used on the sink and then gathered the garbage bags and tied them up placing them on the floor by the sink.So everything would be easier for the maid as I do every time I rent a room. I had even weeded there flower pots out front while smoking a cig as I've done before when I've stayed there and swept up the sidewalk after pulling the weeds.. You would think if I had spilled something on the carpet I would have clean that up too. Well I never seen anything on the carpet other wise I would of cleaned up the little dimed size spot of something red. He's going off saying I have to rent this room later I can't rent it like this. I am still at a lost as to what is really going on here. He then said he wasn't going to charge me for damages. Really? Because I had damaged nothing!! I have no clue what the tiny red spot was and now really didn't care after how rude this man was towards me. He could of had something on his shoe and left it in there. Who knows. I waited for boyfriend to get back and told him what had happen. We packed up our things and loaded up the trucks..But not before my boyfriend went back inside to speak with the guy about the way he had treated me..The guy tells my boyfriend not to be vulgar but the only one spitting out nasty words was him. So very unprofessional.. I'm sad about this whole horrible ordeal. But even if I was welcome back there I would never step foot in that place again with that psycho...

We stayed at Flagship Inn for 6 nights around Christmas. The condition of the motel is older, but we love the charm of motels of past. Interior of the room gives a retro feel, but you just can NOT beat the view from the balcony. The halls are a little cold and feel like a dorm, but really this place is a cute place to stay. There was a comfy chair that would rock in the room and it was perfect for me as I was 7 months pregnant - very comfortable. Breakfast every morning with delicious pastries, fruit, oatmeal, drinks and morning newspapers for you to read over. During the rest of the day, stop by the front desk and help yourself to cookies and coffee. Parking is out front and there are a few spots under a carport covering. So you know, there is no elevator.

We woke up Christmas morning to go get breakfast and outside our door was a large box of thin mint like cookies the motel had given everyone as a gift. It was really the sweetest gesture I have ever experienced at a motel/hotel! You wouldn't get that at Best Western.

They didn't tell us upon check in, but we found laundry services, a pool and a teeny room with an elliptical and treadmill on the 1st floor. The rooms all look out over the bay and if it's clear, you can see mountains in the far distance. Such a great view every morning.

If you want a modern hotel with sterile decor and furniture, this isn't the place for you. The carpet and furniture at Flagship Inn may be a little outdated, but it has...

We stayed here in mid February for just one night, and had an excellent stay. Upon arrival, the service was good and our room was easy to find as the motel is fairly small. While the rooms are most definitely dated, ours was exceptionally clean, which makes it a 5 star room in my book! The carpet even felt just ever so slightly damp, as if it had been very recently cleaned (the carpet was plush, cozy, and felt very clean under our feet). And though the rooms are fairly dated, they have taken steps to accommodate for this. For example, there were no outlets on the lamps, as is fairly standard these days, so they had extra outlets sitting on the side tables.

In the light of the morning we were able to see the view of the water, which was better than the view outside most hotel windows, even if there was another hotel across the way.

The breakfast was simple but good. A variety of bagels, muffins, English muffins, and cream cheese pastries. We felt that we recognized them as being from Costco, which is a huge step up from Otis Spunkmeyer in our opinion! They also had some hard boiled eggs, Quaker oatmeal packets, a selection of fruits, and hot tea and coffee.

All in all, I would definitely recommend Flagship Inn to friends and family as a nice and simple...
