After my appointment with Toyota Dealership today, I decided I was stopping in at Franz Bakery Outlet, which happens to be close to this dealership. I had no particular reason; I've never been here before, and Franz is out of my way and not on my typical path of travel.
This small store was like other bread stores I visited in years past; they offered, like the other bread stores, fresh bread and a day or two of old bread section—also, cookies, donuts, little pies, spices, chips, etc.
It seems to be a good place to seek out if finances are tight; right now, everything is up in price, so if you aren't neighboring this bread store, or on this side (west side) does it justify the gas price to get a little cheaper bread? That really is hard to say!
Nonetheless, the lady that happened to be working there during my visit was very kind and informative; she explained that if I was having an event and needed a grander amount of bread, I could order ahead of time, ensuring I got what I needed!
This store was clean and organized, with not a ton of parking space, but it isn't like shopping at a regular grocery store where many people may be there simultaneously.
If you are interested in the Franz Bakery Outlet location, the address is 4800 Autocenter Way, Bremerton, Washington. This area is a little more of an industrial area or business park.
If you visit their website franzbakery.com, they also offer a few recipes.

Read moreThe older lady that works evenings I guess seemed/seems to be either bothered by my presence or bothered by my food stamps or who knows why , but from the moment I walked in that store I was not greeted kindly and felt nor welcome and like I was bothering her. I've on been in twice recently, sadly both visits were the same, I felt very unwanted inside the store by her. However she was very curious and smiled quite a bit when talking to the customer ahead of and behind me. 🤨🤔😒🧐😳😤 Faulty .... certainly the rudest staff member I've met at that store. Whe I don't frequent that one often I do expect to be treated as an equal and...
Read moreEverytime i come in the selection is just fine. All franz and little Debbie's among other various foods at a very discounted price. But the old woman cashier is very rude and gives the worst customer service. Everytime I come in she just doesn't really talk to us and doesn't even have a smile. She just seems like she wants the day to be over and doesn't care about her job. I'm frankly quite tired of it so I'm going to be going to the Franz in east Bremerton from now on, because I need to feel like the only one person watching me in the store actually wants me...
