McDonald's — Restaurant in Brenham

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! I do not expect 5 star service at a McDonalds by any means, but as a 50 year old woman this was absolutely the worst experience in fast food in my life!! No one answered in the drive thru after waiting for ever, so we went inside. A young man slowly walked to the register and just stared at us like we were interrupting him and had the nerve to make him work while he was at work. 😳 He never said a word to us and we waited over 12 minutes for a McDouble and large fry as well as an Oreo McFlurry for my son. Finally he threw a bag on the counter, he would never call out an order number or at least they order up, and I ate while my son waited for the McFlurry he ordered. I was able to finish my whole meal, and in my large fry I only had about 7 to 10 fries so that wasn’t filled up and my son asked about his McFlurry and thekid said. money said, “huh, oh I don’t know how to make one” and walked away. So I had him ask for a refund please, since we had already waited so long, and nobody informed us that they weren’t able to make it while I ate my whole meal, and a and the manager, who had just walked in from out front finally said “ honey a refund for what?” and my son said “for a McFlurry because he doesn’t know how to make it” and pointed at the kid and the manager was yelling at him because he didn’t know how to make one. They then were fighting back-and-forth while she finally made it!!!! OMG! These employees need to learn how to say hello and maybe have a conversation with their customers at minimum level. We saw two other gentlemen working in the back that had on blue jeans and flannels, nobody had a uniform on in that location except the manager who walked in after the fact. WILL NEVER EVER go back to this location, it was actually absurd!!!! I have never ever written a review for a fast food restaurant, but this upset us so much and was so ridiculous that we felt we had to say something this time....

Friday June 7 @8:30pm Absolutely horrible. First and last visit to this location. I placed what I thought was a relatively simple order. 2 bacon mcdoubles add jalapenos. Lrg fry and lrg coke Fish filet add cheese and pickles (because I know it only comes with a half of a slice of cheese). Lrg fry lrg diet coke. Simple enough. You'd think. I received my order. missing the slice of cheese and pickles on the fish sandwich. Also missing the second order of fries. When I brought my order back to the counter the shift lead asked for my receipt. I informed her I didn't receive on. She said she cant give me anything until I give her a receipt. Also refused to reprint my receipt for me. At this point I was frustrated. The person that was riding with us ordered right behind me. 2 mcdoubles pickles and ketchup only. Lrg fries and lrg drink. His received order 2 mcdoubles onions ,pickles and no ketchup and no cheese. To which their reply was to remake it he would have to wait another 15 mins. When I at this point asked to speak to the manager I was informed she was eating and is not to be bothered. At this before I came unglued inside this store I walked out. Leaving my incorrect order on the countertop and left to a far better establishment for a meal that I received correctly...

Oh my goodness, where do I even begin? I walked in at 3:30 PM on March 11, 2025 and was greeted by a Young African-American gentleman wearing a camo hat backwards. However, it wasn’t a typical greeting that you normally are used to receiving this man asked what I wanted and then as I walked away and said thank you he yelled out loud thank you and I said I did say thank you and he said well I didn’t hear you. The girl that was working there told him to stop cursing because he was on the phone, not working and saying the word * over 100 times. He told her * these hoes after she said the customers you shouldn’t be talking in front of them like that. She said I’m a girls girl. I don’t like to hear you call women hoes and also she’s a customer. Needless to say This young man needs a serious reality check and to be fired immediately because had I been anyone else I would have absolutely lost my crap that how I was being talked to and the names I was being called by a man I had no...
