We went here to try their calzones and because they have great reviews. Walking in was odd the young guy behind the counter asked how he could help, I advised we would like to eat in so he proceeded to take our order no biggy. I noticed with my husband there was no calzones listed under where it said calzones... so I ask the guy he seems lost like he knows they exist but not where, he does explain there are two sizes and we basically pick toppings.. ok, fair enough so then I see the calzone and the list of toppings and I proceed to make the menu make sense. we order thats over, our food is taking a bit no problem. I go up and order a small side salad several mins go by and eventually my calzone comes out so I start to work on it my husband's calzone comes then my sons pizza my salad did not come until more than 20 mins later. mind you we are the only people eating in aside from the few guys at the bar. food starts off good until my husband and I get to the center of the calzones it was still cool as if the oven hadn't baked through to the center we ended up taking them home to bake them and finish them there. All around food and service not awful...
Read moreI attempted submitting a complaint via your web form and followed up with an email, but heard nothing back, so a review it is. While I understand that mistakes happen, we had a really disappointing experience. We ordered a Large Ghost Wave pizza and some breadsticks online. When my husband showed up to pick up the order, he watched as our pizza was pulled out of the oven and dropped on the floor. The guy who did it came over and told him they would need to remake the pizza. Meanwhile we had hungry folks at home, and our breadsticks were sitting there getting cold. Not once did he mention any sort of a partial refund for the inconvenience, offer my husband a soda as he waited, or even better, make him a fresh set of breadsticks. This was definitely an "extremely" disappointing experience that can hopefully be made right somehow, even if it's training on better customer service as a whole. I don't know that...
Read more"Once a year, we order pizza at my home. Therefore, we look forward to having pizza, when, we do decide to buy a pie. I suppose this makes us much more critical, and expectant of certain aspects to pizza which, I am unable to imagine ,any other person would not....Such as; picking up, and taking home a, RAW (on the bottom, in the middle) pizza!? Had I wanted to cook at home, I would not have ordered out......(I'm no CHEAP SKATE by any means, never the less, $27 for a raw pizza??IDK??🤔) To TOP it all off. I WAS THE ONLY CUSTOMER!....(There was zero rush...) In this customers opinion; I should have known better than not to buy pizza from M.O.D......There is NO fault here, other than my own..."
