Panda Express — Restaurant in Brentwood

Not sure how this place is so poorly run, but in the 3 or 4 times I've been here to get food (pre- & post-COVID), there's a SLOOOOW-moving line almost to the door. And call ahead orders have to stand and wait also. The food is fine...standard Panda Express things. But for all the workers present, we cannot figure out how (1) there's so many mistakes made/questions being asked several times and (2) such a looong wait!? This is the last time we will go there...each time takes 20-30ish min to get our food...with 2 littles, that's a LOT of time (& we don't order ahead so they can look and see what they want)! Unless you just really want Panda Express specifically, I'd skip this particular location and go elsewhere.

And note from school-aged parents: please STOP using this location for school fundraising. It took 45 min for my husband to pickup food called in ahead of time!?

The 7 employees left me standing at the counter for over 5 minutes, with no one else in line, waiting for my to go order that I could see sitting on the other side of the counter. I announced I was there to pick up my order, while 3 staff sat having a friendly break, 2 others were tidying up and doing busy work with no urgency. 1 other employee was apparently filling another to go order, as I stood there patiently waiting for one of them to serve me. Finally I went to walk into the kitchen area to grab my cold order, and one of the young women on break jumped up and told me I couldn’t go back there, and got up and handed me my food, rudely. I was given three small pieces of chicken after having to wait a long time for my order. This location was out of almost every single entree and were taking order requests. They didn’t close for another two hours and there were a lot of people dining in. I ordered three bowls and every single one of my bowls have a SOUP more than halfway up the bowl of the greens. It’s so disgusting and unappetizing. Along with raw onions and bell peppers of the chicken. They asked me to fill out the survey from the receipt while I waited for my food and I gave them a great review regardless of seeing what my order came out like and how horrendous this experience was, they didn’t even give me the...
