30 mins for our waitress to come by to even take our order, 20 mins to bring water. Can't rate the food as I had to skip lunch from slow service only having 1 hour. For a menu comprised of almost entirely quick hit food (sandwiches, pizza, apps, typical 'bar food'), you'd think an hour would be enough
Looks like I made the right call not ordering food, as 2 of the people at our four top got their food right at the hour mark as I was leaving, and the other person was still waiting for their food.
I asked for my check 40 mins in for the iced tea I ordered and the waitress never brought it. Had to leave money for it with the people I came with.
One of them texted me a short bit ago and mentioned that the waitress came over and set down a burger where I was sitting, that nobody from our table ordered. They mentioned that to her and she said oh yeah, it was somebody else's and wasn't going charge for it ...
Overall, the place was pretty busy, and they had staff to cover the rush it seemed, observing others. The waitress we got though, trying to phrase this nicely, waitressing is definitely not her calling.
At one point, one of our people asked another of the waitresses if she was our waitress, thinking maybe the person that had come by, making 4 different trips for water and tea, maybe she wasn't ours and was just serving drinks. The other waitress provided a 1 word 'No' and walked off in a huff. Poor customer service all around for our...
Read moreI came here not expecting much, but I was quite incorrect. The moment I entered the premises, I was immediately welcomed by Barrack Obama Himself. He sat me next to John Cena and we ate some delectable grub. I ate so much that I actually started to feel unwell. That's when multiple servers came to my aid and called me a private limo ride to the best hospital all the way in Kyoto, Japan. They actually found a tumor in my brain and was able to remove it. The problem was I couldn't afford the surgery but the staff completely payed for my bills. I was later flown back in first class and was given president Xi Jing Pi as my personal butler. When I was landed I was greeted with flashing lights. I was unsure what those were but I later figured out that it was cameras. Turns out I became the CEO of Amazon, Tesla, Apple, Goldman Sacks, Exxon Mobile and the King of Uganda, Prime Minister of Armina, Sultan of the Ottoman Empire, Pharaoh Ancient Egypt, King of Ithaca, Shah of the Safid Empire, Emperor of the 3 Dynasties. After that the Avengers, The Justice League, The Boys, The Guardians of the Globe, and 10 other Hero Franchises greeted me. 10/10...
Read moreThe first thing I have to discuss is entrances. When you turn into the restaurant, you pass up a direct entrance to the restaurant bar area. If you go further into the lot, there is another entrance sort of in the back. If you use that entrance, be prepared to walk up 3 flights of steps. I think there should be a sign because I am handicapped and it took everything I had to get up there, but now I know. So, we sat at the bar and got drinks right away. We ordered the Toasted Ravs, and they were amazing. We really enjoyed the fact that the bartender let us enjoy our appetizer and wasn't rushing us. For dinner/late lunch, I had a Rueben sandwich, and my husband had the Grouper sandwich both had fries. The Rueben had great flavor. It was a big sandwich as they usually are, but the bread was soggy, and my fries were a little cold. The Grouper was cooked perfectly but the same with his fries, just a little cold. Bartender was nice, both of them. Great atmosphere, Olympics, and Cardinals on TV. Overall it was a good experience, not too expensive, close to us....
