Brentwood Square — Local services in Brentwood

The initial agent was rude and sarcastic. The assistant manager Carlton did nothing to make me feel like a valued customer. He stated to me that "He's not customer service" . He couldn't even provide me with the store manager's phone number or business card. I have been an at&t customer for over 15 years, this was by far the worst experience ever He couldn't give the store manager number, they don't have business cards the area manager is out of town. When I asked for the store manager's information he told me to Google it. There was not one positive statement of intent to help me with my issue that I had. After this experience I will strongly consider switching all 4 lines to a different carrier. I would not recommend any new to att if this is the type of service they have to look forward to. VERY DANGEROUS area, though appears upscale. Armed robbery recently in parking lot--other attempted armed robbery-same area, sane day. Stores/shopping center owner not alerting customers to dangers and no visible security deterrent. Located near/on major highway arteries allowing alleged perpetrators quick escape. Alleged murderer involved in recent events. Local police keenly aware of the extensive crime in the vicinity—over 200 various police reports in area in past 2 years—from car theft, theft, assault etc. A small local PD (Brentwood) doesn’t have the manpower to combat the extensive crime in the area, and the stores and shopping center owners have to know that, BUT do they not want to provide security deterrents for fear customers will be tipped off about the safety...

Brentwood Square is a useful suburban shopping complex in the heart of the Saint Louis County commercial district. The Square includes a variety of merchants such as a Super Target, Cost Plus.World.Market, Trader Joe's, Pet Smart, and a Dobbs Tire and Auto Center. Therefore, the Square can be a 1 stop shop for most retail needs. However, the Square is highly utilized by the community.
