Sno Wonderful — Restaurant in Brentwood

I visited Sno Wonderful four times this summer. The first three visits were fine, but my most recent visit on 8/14/2025 was a terrible experience. Normally, there is just one employee working, but this time there were two people. I believe the young woman in the red Sno Wonderful shirt was the actual employee, while the other person (a taller man with brown hair) appeared to be her boyfriend.

I ordered a $7 snow cone sundae, and the man — who did not appear to be an official employee — prepared it. He seemed unsure of what he was doing, his hands were visibly dirty, and his fingernails had brown dirt underneath. When placing the straw into my sundae, he touched the part you drink from with his hand, which was very unsanitary.

What made me even more uncomfortable was that the customers after me, who were white, had their orders made directly by the female employee herself. I’m not sure why I was treated differently, but the experience left me feeling uneasy and disappointed.

Unfortunately, based on this last visit, I cannot recommend...
