Management has been poor for so long. It's fairly well known in our small city that this place does not provide any decent customer service. The manager left the front register as I walked in to pick up my online order. Gentlemen in front of me was waiting on two sandwiches that were sitting on the hot table. No one was paying attention to the front the manager was running her mouth in the back and slamming stuff around. Drive through girl tossed my bag in front of me without allowing me to ask for the hot sauce and a spork that should have been in the bag. The young man working ignored the older gentleman who had been waiting for a significant amount of time (10 min or more) then told him he'd be right back which he did quickly. He tossed the sandwiches in a bag and thats when I shouted to get the menu items missing from my bag. I think the young man and woman were both overwhelmed and frustrated with what I am assuming is the manager. An older woman with a thick accent and constant chatter about things that didn't apply to the work that needed to be done. I wish this restaurant would invest in their management teams and staff appropriately. Almost every time since this restaurant has opened I've had nothing good to say about it other than the I do enjoy their food. Read moreI put a lunch order in at 11:15 to be picked up at 11:30. This was a large order for my crew but when I showed up the restaurant was closed. The woman inside was very rude wouldn’t explain what was going on and when I asked for a refund she told me I had to deal with the online site. Many weeks later after calling their corporate office I have still not received my $59 credit on my credit card. They are unresponsive until I’m forced to dispute it through my credit card company. DO NOT ORDER ONLINE!!!
UPDATE: somebody from the company responded below with “send us an email.” Really? I called the corporate headquarters originally spent 40 minutes on the phone waiting for somebody to answer when they finally picked up they took all of my information, phone numbers, and email and said that they would return my call and get it resolved or provide a phone phone number to contact someone direct but they want me to spend more valuable time writing up an email. Sorry, poor customer service. We used to go in there until this happened at least once a week and provide lunch for our guys call. As a company $50 won’t make or break me but this could’ve been a family that really needed it. I think you guys should be ashamed of yourselves.

Food/Taste/Flavor: 4/5 - Cajun Chicken Filet Biscuit, 2pc Leg & Thigh Dinner with side of dirty rice and bo rounds, and BoBerry Biscuits. The chicken was flavorful with a slight spicy undertone but it did feel dry simply because of the biscuit and lack of sauce. When we just took a bite of the chicken by itself, it was good. The dark meats were great and we think it's better than KFC and Popeyes in terms of cook and flavor! The sides were mediocre though and we would order different things next time. The BoBerry Biscuit was tasty with a slight savory flavor and a sweetness from the berries and caked with icing on top.
Service: 5/5 - friendly cashier that looked really young. Stated that the receipt will come with the food, but they didn't provide us a receipt when we got the food. When we asked for it again, they had to scramble looking to find where the receipt was.
Ambiance: n/a - ordered food to go but looks like most fast-food chain with some seating on one side with consistent decorations throughout
Value for price: 3/5 - More expensive than expected at just under $19 for two people.
