Food was good. Large menu with variety of items Greek and Italian dishes. Prices were good for adult meals great value but kids meals were a bit overpriced at least for certain items like a grilled cheese and fries for $10. Waitress was very kind and attentive.. the only issue here was the man checking us out he was either an owner or manager . He was rude and seemed to be only to us. He had conversations with locals who dined there often it seemed and spoke about dishes they saw others have and wanted to try what was freshly prepared and what they enjoyed.but when it came to us we didn't get the same... how was your meal,did you enjoy yourselves, glad you enjoyed,do you need anything else, I'll be right there when it was time to pay.that you overheard him saying to others.when it was time to pay after he did what he needed he pointed to the card machine with his finger when it was time to make payment he had nothing to say even as we left and said thank you goodnight. My husband and I were looking for a good breakfast place to visit while on our motorcycle trip. GPS showed us Huddle House but when arriving saw it was a different name. Boy, were we surprised! They practice social distancing and clean everything down, all workers wear masks and they are all very kind. Our server, Angel, treated us so well and took great care of us. One of the owners' wife, Dana, was very friendly and helpful and even spent time getting to know us a bit. ..asking and answering questions etc. From what we saw,, everyone works together and treats each other with respect and kindness...very rare to find in this business. The food was terrific! I'm not a grits person and will only eat a little bit, but I ate the whole bowl as they were tasty and creamy to the last bite, not clumpy and yuck. Been here about a few times already this week and the food is really good here! The first time was for lunch and I got the grilled salmon. I was craving some and it was on top and very delicious! I highly recommend the salmon and highly recommend coming here if you're in the area. Visited while staying in NC, as I'm not from here. I also got fries and okra for a side. They were delicious, too! The last time I was here, which was yesterday, I got the nacho supreme to try, and they were delicious as well! Can't forget to mention I got breakfast there as well: banana pancakes. If you really like bananas and pancakes, I recommend trying them. The atmosphere is very friendly and the service is on top and knows how to keep up with the place and their customers. I recommend George as your server, but are all wonderful servers, no matter who you may get. :) Keep up the great...
