Starbucks — Restaurant in Brevard

Last week the power had shut down half the street including Starbucks because of a power line mishap. The line was crazy busy and I placed my order online but understandably it didn’t get sent through properly because of the power outage. Sarah was working the window and was calm and sweet and told me what happened and apologized and then offered me a free drink for the next time I came around. It wasn’t until days later I was able to come by and when I mentioned the drink offer no questions were asked. I was greeted at the window by Sarah and the store manager who both were so polite and professional and I thanked them for handling the situation that day so well. I normally go every week to do some work at this location and this time I’m not sure if one of the employees was having a bad day but I was treated so rudely. I normally sit outside with my dog and this person gave me a hard time for bringing the dog in to order. I’ve been going for years doing this without issue, if the policy changed I understand. Either way I felt he could have been much more respectful in helping me order if I needed my dog outside. It was an extremely awkward and intense interaction… when it didn’t need to be. Always have consume Starbucks’s products and my go to at any location is the iced brown sugar oat milk shaken expreso and never have had a bad experience at any location until I visited this one. I drove by yesterday and decided to stop by the drive through; but unfortunately the oat milk they used for my coffee was sour most likely expired very disappointing because we got all venti drinks and all of them were fine expected mine because of the oat milk.
