Last week the power had shut down half the street including Starbucks because of a power line mishap. The line was crazy busy and I placed my order online but understandably it didn’t get sent through properly because of the power outage. Sarah was working the window and was calm and sweet and told me what happened and apologized and then offered me a free drink for the next time I came around. It wasn’t until days later I was able to come by and when I mentioned the drink offer no questions were asked. I was greeted at the window by Sarah and the store manager who both were so polite and professional and I thanked them for handling the situation that day so well. I normally sit outside with my dog and this person gave me a hard time for bringing the dog in to order. I’ve been going for years doing this without issue, if the policy changed I understand.
