I’ve had the pleasure of dining at Stone Bowl Korean Restaurant twice – once for lunch and once for dinner – and I’m already hooked! Both times, I had the stone bowl with pork, and it was like a flavor bomb went off in my mouth. It was refreshing to have something that wasn't predictable. They also served four tastings with our meal, and each one was equally delicious. Their dining area is one open room with tables and chairs, creating a relaxed atmosphere. I visited Friday night for dinner, and despite a full house and take-out orders, the service was prompt, and our meal was served in a timely manner. Stone Bowl is a relatively new addition to Brevard. It’s nice to have a spot open daily for lunch and dinner, especially with dining options limited on Sundays and Mondays in this area. Highly recommend checking this place out!

We’ve enjoyed several meals at Stone Bowl since they opened in Brevard. The food has been excellent every time. We’ve tried their salmon, bulgogi, and pork belly stone bowls and they’re all wonderful! The vegetable and kimchi pancakes are definitely a favorite. If you order a pancake and one stone bowl, there’s more than enough for two people to share so the meal won’t break the bank. I’ve even ordered a pancake to go for a quick and delicious lunch. On top of all the great food, you’ll find very friendly and attentive staff. We’re so happy to have Stone Bowl in Brevard and give them our highest recommendation!

Given that neither the servers nor chef are Koreans, the food is pretty legit. As a Korean, I can say that the level of authenticity is acceptable. Well, okay, we do not use corn in bibimbap, but I can let that slide. It’s always a challenge sourcing authentic vegetables, but what’s more important is flavor, and it’s very good. The sizzling hot stone bowls come out so hot, it starts to crisp the rice as you mix it, as it should. Banchan offered today had some semblance of real Korean side dishes, as well. Prices are a bit high, but portions were fair, I thought. I recommend you give this place a try.

We regularly make the trip from Asheville just to dine at Stone Bowl House, and it’s always worth it. The food quality and service are exceptional, setting this restaurant apart from many others.

As a vegetarian (and sometimes vegan), I appreciate the wide variety of flavorful, thoughtfully prepared plant-based dishes. There’s always something new to try, so I never get bored. My wife, who isn’t vegetarian, enjoys both the meat and vegetarian options, which speaks to the balance and quality of their menu.

Beyond the food, the service here is outstanding. The staff genuinely cares about every guest, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere that makes you feel valued. It’s rare to find a restaurant that excels in both hospitality and cuisine, and that’s exactly why we go out of our way to dine here.

If you’re looking for a place that delivers on taste, variety, and impeccable service, Stone Bowl House is absolutely...

Had a delicious meal here this evening. This was our first time eating at Stone Bowl House and I’m already wishing we had one of these where I live. I had never had Jab Chae before but I was more than pleasantly surprised by this dish. It was scrumptious. Even my husband, who usually runs from anything with the words ‘sweet potato’ in the description, reluctantly tried it. And then, without solicitation said, “That’s really good. And I don’t usually like dishes with noodles in them.” That’s high praise coming from him! He chose the Bul Go Gi for himself, a dish he is familiar with, and loved that, too. Said it was the second best he has tried so far. And again, high praise considering how high the bar is set with that one. We finished our meal with happy bellies, smiles on our faces, and a wonderful memory from our time in Brevard. I know where we’ll be eating the next time we pass...

I was so Happy when they opened a Korean spot in Brevard! The first time we went was for our anniversary and it was everything I expected. We had the pan fried pork dumplings which are now my husband's favorite. I had the spicy chicken stone bowl and he had the spicy pork belly. Both dishes were delicious and I was very happy with the rice ratio, usually they would load it with rice and skimp on the meat and veg for cost reasons, but these bowls were perfectly proportioned. The wait staff is extremely attentive, which I was a little irritated about because we were just trying to enjoy our time without the kids and talk without interrupting but they were genuinely trying to do their jobs well. After dinner we had dessert. I had the green tea ice cream and he had the fried cheesecake. Again, both were delicious. I've been back twice already in less...
