One More Thai A culinary blessing in Brevard that rivals or surpasses other Thai options in the Asheville area. Owner Chef Jaruwanee has spent half her life in the States after graduating from a culinary school in Bangkok. Although this place has only been opened for 8 months, it radiates warmth and color inside and out. The outdoor seating is comfortably shaded for a hot summer day. Staff, friendly and prompt. A quiet, intimate ambience for lunch or dinner. Lunch specials reasonably priced with generous servings. Closed from 3-4 and all day Tuesday. Easily the best Thai place in town, if not the only authentic one. We plan on thoroughly exploring the menu with delight. As vegans we were totally satisfied!

My mom and I loved this little Thai place! We were looking for a simple dinner on a Sunday night and many places were closed or crazy busy. This was perfect! We were impressed by the creativity of the menu, and to see items that you wouldn’t find at just any Thai restaurant was a treat. I almost ordered the pumpkin curry but at the last minute decided on the classic Thai poke bowl with mango and shrimp! I loved the simple and creamy Thai chili sauce that coated the rice. My mom got the cashew stir fry dish also with shrimp and we both loved it! Definitely give this place a visit. The outside looks a little hole-in-the-wall esque but the inside is just charming. You won’t regret it! ☺️

Really flavorful Thai food. The best Pad Thai I have ever tasted I think. We had the lunch special with the Basil Noodles and Pad Thai. The most flavors with a little heat in the Basil Noodles. It was my husband's birthday and she brought her Mango Sticky rice out to him surprising him singing Happy Birthday! The Mango Sticky Rice was delicious and the best we have had. Everything was fresh cooked and Jar is the owner and just a delight! If you like Thai and are in the area don't miss out on One More Thai.

I hate to leave a 1-star review for a small business, but this place deserves it.

On the night my party of four visited this establishment, the service was awful and the food was mediocre. There were many problems. For starters, once we were seated outside, the server seemingly forgot about us frequently.

We ordered an appetizer of salad rolls (fresh rolls) specifically with tofu rather than shrimp because one of our party has a seafood allergy and another is a vegetarian. They brought us shrimp rolls instead without telling us, and the person with the seafood allergy unknowingly took a bite. When we asked the server to bring out the tofu rolls that we had ordered, she said she would do so. Eventually another employee came back to tell us they were out of tofu rolls that night. Perhaps they had decided to substitute for us in the first place without even telling us. Whatever the reason, this was unacceptable.

When the server took our orders, when a couple of us ordered our entrees, the server immediately suggested "with chicken?" rather than asking us which meat we wanted, which seemed odd. She also didn't even bother asking how spicy we wanted each dish. Several of us did take the initiative to order some of the foods with varying levels of spiciness (1 or 2 stars), but once delivered, every single item had 0 stars spiciness. One of our party asked for fish sauce, which at first they said they did not have, but then they came back to say they did have.

Perhaps most inexcusable was the fact that they brought only two of the four entrees to the table at first. After a 15- to 20-minute wait, one of us went inside to ask about the other two entrees, which were immediately brought out, thus likely indicating that during at least part of that 15+ minutes, we had been forgotten about yet again.

The drunken noodle entree (which is listed only on the lunch menu but they let me order it for dinner, only to be served a lunch-sized portion) was bland and tasteless. It was the most flavorless noodle entree I have ever eaten at a Thai restaurant.

Two other members of my party also noted that their entrees lacked any flavor. The fourth person said the massaman curry tasted overly sweet.

The restaurant does not have mango juice, nor any other flavor juice for that matter.

All in all, it was an awful dining experience. If you want Thai food in Brevard, do yourself a favor and go to the other Thai restaurant there. One More Thai simply does not...

I haven't had great Thai food since leaving New England in 2013. We were fortunate to have two superb options within 10 minutes of us. but... hope springs eternal and the reviews were good so I did a take out. Here's my thoughts.

The tom yum soup with tofu was broth tofu, maybe an slice of onion or two. It was salty and VERY red (all the tom yum soups i've had down south seem to be

red). I ate about 30% of it and tossed it. The pumpkin curry with chicken was excellent. A sweet curry similar to massaman with large chunks of pumpkin, a good selection of both chicken and vegetables. A choice of 2 for heat level was just about right. This I would order again. I was disappointed that brown rice could not be substituted for white rice but maybe they just don't offer brown rice which I prefer. I will return to try a few other things but will skip the soup for sure. (the pad thai I've had down south also seems to be red and the menu photo at One More Thai also shows it being red. )

My take out was ready on time and very hot when I...

Update!!! After a couple of months I returned to One more Thai. It was such a delightful experience. I definitely feel like what I ordered in the past was not for me (if you choose to read below). I dined in with my partner and the food was amazing and I highly recommend their Thai tea. Their atmosphere was gorgeous as well I adored their outdoor seating. I'm so happy I came back for a second try!!!

The place itself was beautiful! The people were nice but the delivery app they have on their website didn't work and so they called me frustrated that it wasn't picked up (which I completely understand). They were very kind and gave me some coupons when I went there to pick up the food.

As for the food, it definitely wasn't for me and the quality wasn't great either (then again I DID ORDER LATE so don't hold it against them too much). I got the noodle soup tasted awful as well as the crab ragoons which were completely burnt. For the price I paid I was hoping for better...
