Terrible work environment. Managers run it like it’s high school. There wasn’t a single person that was safe from David’s unprofessional “criticism” after they clocked out. Like I mean EVERYONE. They start out nice but if you aren’t absolutely perfect after a month then their attitude changes. That being said there was one or two people there who were actually sweethearts. Didn’t even work out my two week notice. Kelly was great towards me but I’m sure I wasn’t safe from the conversations her and David had about their employees. oh yeah, don’t even get me started on their employee April. Worst customer service I’d ever seen and very rude to coworkers. While I was still in training it was just April and I, April was up front talking to someone I believe she LIVES with. Someone pulled up to the drive thru but I wasn’t entirely sure how to use the intercom or POS system. She continued to have her conversation while I just stood there unsure what to do. She started to let me have it, literally threw her arms in the air like a child and started complaining. No one put a stop to it. I apologized to April and she looked me up and down. Read moreI was honestly given the best customer service tonight that Ive had in a very long time! My iced coffee cup ended up having a couple of small cracks in it, and because of that I lost over half of my coffee on my walk back home. Well I gave them a call for one so that they could check their cups to make sure no more iced drinks that leak are going out, and two a new coffee sounded great seems how I didnt even get to fully drink what I paid for. The shift leader that was working tonight couldnt apologize enough, and offered me to go in and get a new coffee. So I did so, and he treated me with so much respect, showed me just how much he cares for his customers and making sure they are satisfied. He not only replaced my coffee but gave me a full refund as well for the mistake and coming back in. I was very pleased with how I was treated tonight, and I assured him that it was okay and that mistakes do happen. This is a good example of how good customer service should be. He didnt have to give me my money back, he could've just given me a new coffee and called it good, but he wanted to make sure he showed how great of a worker and a shift leader he is. When ordering my coffee I forgot to mention that I wanted oatmilk, and the employee did not ask me if I wanted any cream or sugar. When putting up to the window and politely asking them to add oatmilk to my coffee (before I paid… as I would’ve paid for the oatmilk), an employee named Tyler scoffed at me, rolled his eyes, and said “are you kidding me? I’ve already made the coffee. Next time you need to tell me WHILE ORDERING!” I was so taken back but how rude this employee was to me… when the next person came to the window I let them know that I was very upset with the costumer service I jus experienced… and all she says to me is “well I’m a shift leader… just give him a break, he’s having a bad day”.
