Went into this location a bit ago to grab a coffee and snack while I was out running errands. There were only two staff on, not a big issue, male employee handling the drive through and a female employee presumably handling the inside customers. When we arrived she was finishing up making another customer's coffee, but instead of offering to take our order, or even just greeting us and letting us know she'd be a minute, she handed the other customer her coffee and just walked off. We waited at the register, and after about 3-4 minutes the male employee let us know he'd be with us in a second, but then someone must have pulled up to the drive through because he immediately switched to helping them, despite the fact we had been waiting for several minutes. In this time, still absolutely no acknowledgement or anything from the female employee. At this point I mentally gave up, and went to use the restroom. Normally I like to order before using the restroom, but after 5-7 minutes of waiting with only one brief acknowledgement, there didn't seem much point in waiting longer. When I got out of the restroom the female employee had magically appeared at the register to help the woman who had come in while I was in the restroom, and there was a line. When I walked towards the register the woman pointed me to to the back of the line, even though I had been there before all of these people, and she had seen me waiting (thought apparently couldn't be bothered to come to the register then). I don't know what was going on with her, maybe she was having a bad day or something, but the entire thing left a sour taste in my mouth so I just left. Ended up going to the nearby hannafords for a coffee and snack, and got better service from the cashier than from that female employee!
My recommendation if you really want Tim Horton's? Go to the one on Broadway near the 95 on/off ramps. They have really good customer service, and are super awesome!...
Read moreWent there a couple of weeks ago. The employees were all on something, and I don’t say that lightly. We pulled up to the drive through and ordered off the breakfast menu. All out of tots, so we got a donut each. I ordered a grilled farmers burrito, and a GRILLED bacon egg and cheese on a bagel. Pull up to the window, get the sammiches without a bag, and our drinks and pull into a spot to eat. Lady forgot our donuts so I start to go back in to grab em, no problemo mistakes happen. Husband takes a bite of his, and it’s ice cold. Again, I don’t exaggerate here, it’s cold. Cold eggs, cold cheese, cold bacon. I go in and ask for the donuts, and they’re all moving around like people on heroine. Like just standing in place but like they’re doing capoeira. I say “hey I’m really sorry but I just came through the drive through, and y’all forgot the donuts. I said which type, the guy says what kind? I repeat myself, he says sorry what? (Chocolate glazed, chocolate frosted) finally he gets it. I tell them my grilled bagel sammich is cold. The grill girl whips around and announces that I HAVE TO ASK FOR IT TOASTED. Yes people, I was told that a grilled bacon egg and cheese on a bagel must have a request to come hot and toasty. No joke. In what world do you need to ask for a grilled breakfast sammich to come hot? Who eats cold eggs, and bacon? I ask you to review this review seriously and please understand that I would not say any of this if it...
Read moreI usually went here for ice cream because I love Cold Stone. But the execution here is very inconsistent at best. I can order one of the signature recipes 3 times and get it made with 3 different base ice creams (this actually happened) with each person assuring me they were correct. I mean, it says right on the signature recipe what it should be.
That said, they weren't inedible. Just not what I was looking for. Never had an issue getting breakfast items there, though, so at least that aspect runs smoothly as far as I can tell. It's not outstanding in any way, but it's realistically priced and reasonably portioned food similar to Dunks, McDs, or other fast...
