Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Brewer

I've been getting pizza from Little Caesars for a decade. It's never been that good quality, but my daughter liked it so I would make the effort to get it. I've noticed that since COVID-19, the price has gone from $5 to $8 for the same basic pizza. That's a huge increase with no change to size or quality. And now they have the gall to expect a tip when you're picking up your order. Additionally, they want the tip before they provided any service whatsoever, except perhaps greeted you. When I do consider tips appropriate, they still come after the service is rendered and it's my discretion. But not here, you place your order and you're asked for a tip at that moment. And then I got my order - two basic pizzas - and I took it home for my daughter. I don't know how they did it, but one of the pizza boxes contained several small flies when we opened it. Not willing to risk anything, I ended up throwing both pizzas away. So in sum, the quality is nowhere near what it once was (and it was never all that great to begin with). Went Jun 16 2021 ordered the new pepperoni stuffed crust pizza. When I went to eat it no parm on crust disappointing. When back in and talked to shift lead showed a pic of my pizza on phone she was very nice offered to get me a free pizza for this time or for When I came back next Time.. not my intent just wanted the pizza that sounded so good on tv and in the menu pic. I was pleasant I had pizza did not need new one and did not know when I would be back so I asked if bread sticks would be fine she agreed got to car to try your yummy bread sticks to find out they had almost no seasoning they where dry and not enjoyable like I have had many times before I think you need to inspect this location so no one else has a bad experience. As someone who tends to avoid human interaction & has the social skills of a potato (yet I work in retail & am rather social with my regulars, go figure..), I really dig the Pizza Portal. Just being able to order through the app, waltz in the very quaint little interior that got going on there, then punch in the number the app spits out at me & bingo bango bongo I've got myself some pizza! Pizza is pretty good, nothing super incredibly amazing but for the price I can't complain. The handful of employees I have communicated with were friendly & rather helpful. I really enjoy how quickly food tends to be ready, even having the option to just grab a $5 lunch combo that's already made & ready to go for those that want it.
