Dunkin' — Restaurant in Brick Township

The Sunday crew just can’t seem to get a simple order correct. I’ve come here almost everyday the last 2 years and order the same exact thing. Then after they forget 4 items they make you wait on line again for another 10 minutes to order instead of just correcting their mistakes right away. So now I’ve waited a total of 32 minutes for an order to be completed. So now the food from the original order has gone cold. I understand that people make mistakes and are new and have to learn but the mistakes should be corrected right away not made to wait through 6 more orders. At least can apologize for the confusion and not let the new guy employee sit there and laugh at customers because he can’t do the job correctly yet and lie trying to say some items weren’t ordered. Again told them 5 times extra bacon and paid for extra bacon. Here’s my extra bacon. I knew I should have checked it thoroughly before I left but I just checked to make sure I didn’t see any egg or cheese on it as I’m allergic to cheese and it’s been on a bunch of times. Only reason we go here is because the next Dunkin is so far away and I leave early....

My wife and i moved to the area 6 months ago and i am not one to complain or give bad reviews but i have given 6 months of chances because of convience and it has proved to be insanity on my part. EVERY order we make something is wrong, whether its getting pumpkin iced tea 🤢 after asking for pumpkin cold brew, getting cheese on my sandwich multuple times after prefusely asking for no cheese, the countless espresso shots we have paid for and never recieved, pre ordering coming to the wrong size coffees, the list goes on. 90% of the time we just deal with it because we are either going to work OR when you do bring it to someones attention, they act bothered like its our fault our orders are ALWAYS wrong. I used to go to this Dunkin donuts every morning. The people that work here just seem so confused every morning I see them getting people's order wrong all the time and getting the drinks mixed up with the people that ordered. I started to use the online app and it seems very inconsistent. I ask for my coffee to be light and sweet and when I get there I have straight black coffee or the bacon sandwich which I order all the time gets one piece of bacon? The only time there is order is when there is a manager present here. I'm giving it 2 stars because I'm sure the workers are nice but the service and lack of attention are not there. Sorry but I'd rather travel to the Dunkin in Tom's River rather than deal with...
